Only go for day shift or call before making the trip otherwise they might tell you the system is down Only online orders This place has the ability to make double the revenue butDo too slow or No service driving a lot of money away from business Especially from locals in their own neighborhoodMaybe it's their tactic to not show corporate that there is a demand late night to stay open later

Extremely poor service from this rallies they treat the people in the line outside as if they're not there you will sit and wait for 20 minutes every time before being helped Most of the young male staff that helps you at the register are pretty polite the young lady (Short Hispanic braces) I believe is possibly a manager is the rudest of anybody working When asked for a manager did not want to provide one nor admit to being 1

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service is a joke at this place. Literally asked for 2 orders to be taken and they denied that. Asked for extra pickle and they didn’t put that on the burgers. Mozzarella sticks are cold. Marinara sauce is cold. Asked for a small root beer didn’t put that with my order. I will NEVER go back to this rally’s ever again. Completely lost my business. This place is a joke. Steer clear of this place.

I went to go buy food and the lady didn't what to give me the order I was ask she keep say we don't have it when we just bought that order early sign is up they just didn't what to make it lady was so rude

I called the restaurant at 640 to add onions to my 20 hot dogs. I ordered and they refused to do it and hung up the phone and were very rude but I talked to the manager today who will take care of it.

Management needs to either fix the way they handle online orders or fix their drive thru service to allow for customers to exit out of line who “didn’t order online and they can’t serve people going through the drive thru, because they are backed up with online orders”. They have no signs outside saying they aren’t taking drive thru orders so anyone who hops in line is stuck without being served any food for 15 minutes. Terrible service. Who leaves their drive thru lane open and only takes online orders? Avoid this location.

Worse service, ever. Which us sad because after coming here at least every other week. I use to rave about Rallys Store #4345 at 19th ave and Northern, but after 1st. our service2nd. Order missing items3rd. Watching FOUR employees w/ NO CUSTOMERS, and 2 moving like they just stumbled out Fast Times at Ridgemont Highs van, which is cool, bit not when they are handling food4th. Didn't offer any compensation or apology and when I asked for a drink while waiting, gonna charge $3.25, ha!!??It will take a lot for them to get our business back.

Every time I go the workers are fast about getting food out and are always polite. It's best to eat there On good weather days since seating is outside. If you enjoy people watching probably want to pick another spot but food an service are spot on.

I just waited 15 minutes to order through the drive-thru; and the guy on the speaker says that they’re behind online orders, if I can wait another 10-15 minutes to get my food, im sure I person, we should be priority & attended first before any online orders, disappointed, my kids got dog meal was so cold & never returning

We got the all American meal along with a a1 burger an some funnel fries an cheese sticks. The burgers an hotdogs were all the way cold the hotdogs were hard an cold an wrinkled. And instead of me getting my a1 burger they just gave me another regular burger. Which were suppose to be cheese burgers. Which none of them had anything on them at all. The funnel fries were cold.The only thing that was worth eating was the cheese sticks . The fries even were cold an not worth eating an normaly I love the fries. They need to be taught better food management or something.
