We ordered our food and when we got to the window they got our order wrong. Then the person at the window says to us body thank you. My husband replied with we didn’t get our food yet. We waited for 15 minutes and finally received our food. My husband ordered the Big Buford. It should be renamed to the Baby Buford. That burger was very little and the bread was cold. This is my husband’s first time eating here and I hyped it up to him. He was disappointed. I haven’t eaten at Rally’s since 2000 in Tempe. The quality and size of food for the price is terrible. Needless to say never going again. I guess it’s not what it used to be.

I absolutely love Rally’s. Fries are the best usually, the funnel cake fries are awesome and the burgers are great. I don’t know what’s up with this location though. My last 3 mobile orders have been missing items and when I bring this up to them the response is condescending at best. Got off work late and stopped by today/ Sunday at 12:15am (closes at 1) to be told they only have “left over chicken available” and have 1 fryer going for the wing meal I ordered. It’s 45 minutes to closing, why is everything closed up and not available to make 95% of the menu? Do better Thomas Rd Rally’s. The other locations are at least friendly!

Guys in back must not be able to read. Lady up front/drive thru is nice but my receipt said “only cheese” and I got the works… I don’t want that nasty mayo n lettuce ffs
The food was delicious. I was surprised by how clean it was. Very quick, too. 👍
Kid-friendliness: The kids that were there (twin boys 8-10 yo) really seemed to enjoy themselves. One sat by himself while the family sat at the next table, checking with him occasionally. They were clearly having a nice time. 👍
