The food is mediocre, I always feel like my burger is lukewarm, cheese never melted. The fries are delicious though!Me, I go there for the sweets! Cheesecake sundaes and apple pies are to die for! Not to mention they have one of the best fast food reward programs. Always getting freebies and amazing coupons!

Definitely recommend getting on their email list if you like free food :)I like that their buns are hearty like potato buns? Very supportive for your sandwich. They are also very generous with suave packets.Most of the time this is 5 star food but the most recent time I went, the fries were a little too soggy & greasy for my liking.The service is always quick & friendly and I appreciate their hard work.

The girl working as we speak (3/3/24 at 10:30pm) is a huge rude B! If you hate your job work somewhere else! This is why I am all for just having a computer sugared taking orders and not the people that hate life and I get it you aren’t making enough to even pay for my car! But I rather have AI “Julie” than some rude person! This is why people are able to be replaced because of people like you! Maybe if you were happy to have a job as I am guessing you need it. Then act like it!!!!! I amSo sick of bad customer service!! Never ever will I come back to a Rally’s! I don’t eat this stuff anyway but I came for the ice cream which of course didn’t work or she is so lazy and rude that she just told me that.
