I am glad I checked it out since it is a solid local breakfast spot with a chill vibe and dog friendly patio, and the chicken fried steak was really tasty even if it was a bit heavy on the crust. Service was friendly but rushed and while a few things were not perfect it still feels like a dependable low key diner I would go back to.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Nice variety of options, we will have to be back to try other plates. We were both happy with our choices. Tuna melt and chicken wrap was delicious.

Nice quite diner hidden away from the busy city around it. A little pricey compared to back home, but the food was delicious and the service was amazing.

Really fun Little gem of a place! The chorizo is phenomenal and the homemade gravy for the chicken fried steak is out of this world! Some of the best we've had in the valley, if you're looking for a fun little spot for breakfast, this is the place!

We were there since 12:15 they took the order at 12:40 much later it is 1:22 and the food did not arrive we decided to leave and not one regret nothing we called a woman who was there and did not tell us anything did not give us a really answer a bad experience was our first time and there really will not be a next

When you need a script at Walgreens, where do you head? Old town. Then when that all falls apart, back to the best chilli verde in town across the street from your script. Wondering why you didn't head there in the first place.

I'm giving it four stars because I've only have had one dish I will only have one dish from this establishment for as long as they continue to make it and that my friends is the green chili chicken fried steak 🤤😋 It is a must for me. Very limited parking And it is a small cozy restaurant and I like that a lot. So to the chef at the ranch house grill Thank you for making my plate the other day.

The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5-star quality. But I’m giving 1 star for one reason: this business surcharges both debit and credit cards.

It signals exactly what a business shouldn’t project — desperation, nickel-and-diming, and poor financial discipline. Good operators simply price in their costs. Professionally run businesses build card-processing fees into their pricing like any other overhead expense, so customers never feel penalized for using a normal payment method.

Yes, surcharging is legal for credit cards in most states — but doing it on debit cards is prohibited under network rules. And even when it’s legal, it still makes the business look small-time.

Great restaurant, but this policy cheapens an otherwise outstanding experience.

Oh this place is the chicken fried steak business! I have been wanting to come here and try the chicken fried steak and let me tell you it's really good. It definitely didn't taste like a frozen pick they just threw in the fryer. This is made in house fresh to order. I used to drive past here a few times a week before I moved to Glendale. Definitely glad I got the chance to try this place out.
