Large portions. Mom and pop Home cooking. Hadn’t been here in a long while. Still the same. Service is fantastic. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. The chili verde is good. I’d get the hash browns cooked a little longer next time. Every 2nd Saturday now they smoke their own meats to take home.

I had not been there for some time. To my surprise there is a Cc surcharge on my bill for using my debit card. There was no notification, no one said anything when I gave my debit card to pay, it just happened. When I spoke to the owner/manager he would not remove it. Only stated we have been doing this for about 1 year. We'll it has been almost 2 years since I have been there. Truly upset ? and sad it has come to this. Yes other places do the same but at least I was notified with signs, notification on the menu where you can see it and by the hostess when they come to take your order.

OUR SPOT!!! #1 for me totally !!One day, I said to my husbandI want to eat a good, awesome breakfast !!! I am simply tired of Dennys or IHOP (dry food, their) ? cheap customer service too at those places .My husband came through for MEBeen going Ranch house grill now going on 5 years plus !!! Our spot !!! On point for breakfast and eating with our awesome family !! Thank you for always being wonderful ❤️ employees of ranch house grill; blessing to you and yours bless you for feeding US ❤️ in ArizonaWhooo !!!

I was excited to take my family and our exchange student to an Americana breakfast. Great reviews from the locals for this hike in the wall, quaint and classic sit down diner. Parking lot fills fast due to a limited supply front and back. Usually that’s a great sign.PROs:+Friendly sester, server, and hospitable acknowledgements from staff.+Eclectic old building. Lots of classic history in this place as a local hot spot.CONS:+Eggs overcooked and poor flavor+Omelette way over cooked. A flavorless brick. The sausage was pungent yet the only flavor in the mix.+Hashbrowns bricked from overcooking. Not a good flavor.+Pancake batter was nasty and over cooked.+$$$This place was rated best breakfast and seemed to be a buzz. My experience was far less than stellar. The waitress serving our section (there were three) didn’t notice I wasn’t eating and rarely came to check. Late in the meal, she shouted if everything was fine, and we responded that we thought mine was not particularly satisfactory. But, she smiled and said, “that’s great” as she flew by.The irony was apparent. It’s just something you say.I would call this the BRICK HOUSE breakfast because that’s what the food was like on March 14.Since there are so many stellar reviews for this place, I chick it up to a bad one-off. Rarely have ever left an entire plate of food.
I've been there several times for take out breakfast. I went there Monday and ordered the same thing I always do, Chicken fried steak with eggs and an English muffin without butter. Never had a problem in the past. When I asked for the English muffin without butter the lady taking my order informed me they couldn't do that. They couldn't make an English muffin without butter? I order it that way every time I go there, But this time they couldn't make it without butter. I don't think I'll be eating there any longer!
