My Son was very excited to try these donuts however when we stopped at the drive-through speaker, we were standing there for approximately 10 minutes and upon nobody saying nothing we thought it was close so we were gonna drive off, but we saw somebody a male standing in the drive-through window and when I pulled up, I was very polite and asked him if I could order and he said no, you have to reverse and go back in the speaker and I said sir I was there for around 10 minutes. He said no you’re not you’re lying I said sir I was there standing for 10 minutes and kept saying hello. He then told me that he ran this place and that I had to go back in the drive-through lane to order. I was so un shocked as well as My Son. It’s very disappointing that customers get treated badly and nobody seems to address this.

Dealt with Jazmine today as my cashier. When asking about available donuts you get attitude about what you see is what you get. When attempting to use points the cashier restarted the transaction to where it would not redeem the free donut. I had to directly tell Jazmine to let me use my points. I’m honestly upset with this experience. I’ll be going back to BOSA from here on.

Disappointing. The lemon old fashioned donuts were stale. Almost 9 bucks for 3 donuts is outrageous. Not better than Krispy Kreme or Bosa Donuts. Won't be back.

Apple fritters burned. Very much tasted burned and still charged full price.
We placed a large advance order for 6 dozen jelly donut holes for a Hanukkah party and were explicitly told they were being made specially for the holiday with a confirmed pickup time. When we arrived to pick them up at the scheduled time, the order did not exist and they said they had “sold out.” No attempt was made to honor the order or offer a solution. What made this experience worse was how my elderly mother was treated — she calmly asked about the order and was accused of being disrespectful and told to leave. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially after confirming a holiday order in advance. We’ve ordered holiday donuts from other shops for years with zero issues. Sadly, this experience has made us not want to return and I would not recommend relying on Randy’s for special orders or events.

Pulled up to the drive thru today @ 11:15 a.m 12/01/25 to see that there speaker was out of order and there’s a sign that says pull to the window so I do.. and I wait there for a couple of minutes until employee come to the drive thru window pissed off like I did something wrong. And I’m like well i jus did what the sign said and his like “ passive aggressive saying that his all by himself and I can’t see when there some on the window… like it was a inconvenience for him that I was there. I mean dude if u don’t like your job quit or closed down the drive thru..

Feels like you're bothering them when you come into the store. Been coming ever since it opened and Employees have been rude or just flat out annoyed every time. Beautiful place but Bosa opening across the street might be a better option from now on!
