I was treated very rudely at the drive-thru in the Phoenix location at about 1:00 on 9/8/2025. I’ve been a regular customer there since Day 1 of their Grand Opening and the donuts are great. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be going back there ever again.

I stopped by when I was craving a little sweet treat, a little snacky snack, you know those moments? I got three, one for now, two for later. The one I ate was the pumpkin spice, and it was really good! Very fresh, handmade, vibe, the drizzle was so good it made me make food noises. I met two very nice boss babes, who were super kind. I look forward to many more trips.

$25 for a dozen donuts ALL of them were dry... had a variety of raised donuts. . . Expensive even if they were really good, id rather get them at Safeway for cheap if I am in the mkod for thinking dry day or two old donuts are acceptable.

Used to hit up Randy's donuts in Inglewood all the time loved it, 24/7 but this isn't it.

Service was fine.

Visited this location last week. 1st time trying Randy's Donuts. The Lady working front counter with a tattoo on her face is extremely Rude and Unprofessional. She didn't want to wait on us to decide what we wanted to purchase and pointed at the signs when we had any questions. She eventually walked to the back of the store and sat down and the other young lady from drive thru had to assist us. The young lady from drive thru was very nice and professional.

Donuts were dry and the service really is never that good when you go here. When you go in the employees will keep cleaning out making drinks and not even acknowledge you came in.

Great Donuts! Great staff! Not the coolest indoor eating atmosphere. Feels more like donut pickup spot although they have indoor seating

Every time my wife and I have tried to order something at Randy’s they’ve been out of multiple items. Every time. It doesn’t help that management doesn’t appear to care about fixing this issue looking at reviews spanning months.

Shawna from Chicago had excellent customer service both over the headset and at the drive through. Her friendly demeanor paired along either a sense of urgency for my order were refreshing and much appreciated - especially on a holiday! Will definitely be back.

Severely understaffed, expect to wait between 15 and 20 minutes in line, only two people working and they were trying to handle both in store and drive-thru. Employees were professional, just couldn't handle the volume

Disappointed, I thought it was a free standing shop. It was inside a gas station, very small, no selection like the regular shops. They don't bake all day, again like some free standing shops do. Selection and freshness was not appealing, we left. There is a regular shop in Gilbert if we can get there early when everything is fresh and full Selection we'll try it.
