I got the Aqua chile Chetos
it took a while, but it was definitely worth the wait
Feedback they should just work on a little bit of the customer service and communicate with the customer and I feel it’s a little bit overpriced for the size

I never give bad reviews, but this here is not worth it. Prices are high for the amount of food they give you. & then if that wasn’t bad enough, it’s not even even good.

I love the snows. This place is very delicious? I have been a customer since the first day they opened their doors but lately I am not very satisfied and even though I like these snows I will stop going because the service is no longer the same? always due to my bad luck There is a lady who is always in a bad mood with a character that even the snow makes you feel bad.

The best place in all of Phx, the cashier named Angela is a sweetheart of a person, very friendly and helpful, they deliver everything to you in less than 23 almost 24 minutes and under her conditions, clean and safe!!!

Was in the mood for raspados and came across this place on Google. My brother and I went in and placed our order. To start the place was clean I'll give them that. Just looks like a hospital cafeteria. They had reggaeton playing which is fine with me. Service was poor and not very interactive with their guest. We ordered two raspados and it came up to like $18 bucks I ordered the mango loco which to me screams out mango they put 5 thin slices of mango with chamoy, Mexican candy and Peanuts. The syrup was basically sweet strawberry flavor and one strawberry sliced into 4. I've been to other places and I've enjoyed it. This one I would not recommend. If I could give a 0 star I would.

We came for the crepes because they are good. There were like 3 orders ahead of us so we thought it wasn't going to take a long time. Four persons came after us. Short story we were the last ones to get the food.We waited 33 minutes for 2 crepes with cream cheese and strawberry marmalade (no fruit). And they were 4 staff. Very disappointed. Very slow service.

Amazing staff, treated with the upmost respect, any questions asked they answered no problem, and not to mention the food is the best part!!
