I don't recommend this place. Since they changed locations this place started to have bad customer service. The tostilocos all dry and flavorless, the strawberries cream flavorless. And everything is expensive and not worth it. It's the last time I come to this place. No good.

Worst “tostilocos” I’ve ever tried. Esquite had a weird type of cheese.

The customer service here is no longer existent. - the ladies look bothered that you’re there to give them business. Also the prices that are listed on their board are misleading- you end up paying 1-1.5 more per item & they say it’s because of taxes. Won’t be going back

The shaved ices are very expensive. I wouldn't mind paying the $11 dollars for the shaved ice if they gave it to me in portions, but they give it to you very empty and the employees of this place, who are there for free or forced to work, serve you in a very bad way.

I always get the Tostilocos! They are so amazing and full of fresh veggies and cheese. Good healthy option compared to regular nachos. Love

I just left there and no wonder why it was completely empty! My cup of mango that was 8bucks wasn't even edible! I didn't know Mango had a crunch to it! It was beyond disappointing! I will not be back. The staff was nice and helpful but they are serving food that they wouldn't eat!

The address is actually across the street, seems like they recently moved into a new building but it's literally on the corner across 16th! This place is awesome and has something for everyone, sweet or salty/spicy! I love that they have plenty of bottles of spicy goodness and lemon juice to self serve on duros or chips. For the sweets, the fresas con crema were really good - not overly sweet like some places tend to be. Worth trying with coconut on the side! The same goes for their ice cream which seems to be made on-site. It's pretty smooth and tasted great. If you like spicy raspados or diablitos, come here asap! They have them with mango, strawberry, or pina. The service was great, someone rings you up but there are other people there working and one of them started making our order while the family in front of us was taking their time to place theirs. Really sped up service and helped with managing their work. Only thing I would recommend is to maybe add a second trash can or bin to throw stuff away.

Si me gusta el elote pero se pasan con el limón. Yo se lo pongo mejor.I like the corn but way too much lemon. I would rather they not put it in the corn and I do it myself. Had to throw it away.

The workers there have a shitty attitude & treat you like crap. And I've been there several times so it wasn't a 1x thing. This last time I went I got a fruit cup with mango and watermelon and the mango was so hard I thought it was jicama. Only good thing there is the paletas. From a Mexican to a Mexican place

So many different delicious treats to choose from and the Watermelon Aqua Fresca is THE BEST! Love this place!

Colorful clean place and very good mangonada!

This place is one of the best places in Phoenix to get ice cream, and other Mexican treats.

Bought a paleta. Paid $2.50 plus tax. Opened the package and went to bite it. It was completely iced over, tasted like freezer burn and I couldn't even bite it it was so hard. I went back to the completely rude and incompetent cashier who told me "they are all like that" when I asked for a different one. In that case I said they are all inedible. I'll need my money back. She yelled to someone who was 10 feet away and this person yelled give her the money back. The cashier then handed me $2.50. Wait I said. You charged me tax. Where is the tax? I can't give you that. I can give you $2.50. She then got very defensive when I said to her she can't charge tax and reimburse only the price. That's stealing. She said it's not her fault "I just work here". To which I said "we'll do you think it's my fault? I came to buy and eat a paleta and you sold me an inedible product and now your stealing from me". I left without my taxes paid. I will be contacting the Phoenix office that gives business licenses. This has to break several rules. Also contacting the health department. They are - by their admission - selling inedible products. They already have a violation of workers not washing their hands. DONT COME HERE!
