Cheescake was melted n in pieces. 3 to be exact n warm.

Pizza had way too much sauce and added topping of garlic and it was in big clumps on some pieces.

Pizzahut is better than this place!

Location was kind of sketch. The wings were crispy but not much sauce. The pizza was fine. Could have been Dijorno for all I know. The pasta was good. Overall, it definitely was not a $75 meal. Likely won't go back.

They're online ordering system is messed up. While I didn't order a salad , I was charged is for a salad. It was on my receipt. When I went to go pick up the food they said i didn't order a salad which technically I didn't. But I was already charged for the salad. So be vigilant because add extra things to your receipt.

Went to Red Devil on Bell Road for dinner and were incredibly disappointed by the service we received.
We waited over 1.5 hours after ordering our food and the server kept saying “The kitchen is a madhouse today!” However, customers that came in after us got their food. The inconsiderate behavior of the server, left us feeling neglected and dissatisfied with our dining experience, and won't be going back.

Many mixed feelings about tonight. It took a moment to get a table but I wasnt worried about that. It was more once we sat down everything seemed to move in reverse. We went to the bar to get the drinks because nobody came for at least 20min. Food took exceptionally long. Everything was pretty good except the buttery Ramano chicken. The chicken was great but the sauce was missing flavor. Our server was amazing and very nice but I forgot to get her name. The prices were much better than what we are used to paying at Time Square but it took three times longer to get in and out the door and the overall quality seemed to be missing the mark. Sorry Time Square wins.

The most Horrible experience ever!!!!! Called in our or was told to go go there in 30 mins! We arrived and my husband waited a additional 30 mins's outside in the cold. Half our order is done and other half wrong!!!! I was in my car watching people come and go with there food I had to call from outside in my car with my newborn in the car waiting telling the manager what the heck is going on for them to have any urgentcy for our food! Poorest customer service I've ever experienced!

I ordered for pickup. I arrived a couple of minutes before I said I would. At the pickup window, a guy making dough (inside) tossed up some flour which was carried out the window and onto me by the outcoming breeze.
The pizza was good EXCEPT most jalapenos were on two slices. The chicken tenders were good EXCEPT I ordered teriyaki sauce and received ranch.

Disappointed. Spent $60 on a pizza wings and a 2 l soda. How did it get so expensive. Spending that much money? I would expect my order to be correct. But too often it is not. I ordered double pepperoni on one half and pepperoni and pineapple on the other. I get single pepperoni on one half and pepperoni and pineapple on the other. They do that to me all the time. I don't understand why I can't get them to understand over the phone. Whether I'm spending $10 or $60 they should be getting my order correct. I can order from il primo and it gets overloaded with pepperoni and they will deliver it for the same amount. You guys lost a customer. Which makes me sad cuz I've been ordering pizza from there since I was a kid. But of late since the covid situation, it's just not worth it anymore. I'm done. Will be ordering from il primo from now on
