For starters the ONLY good thing from this location is the waitress we had. Bri (if thats how you spell it) was great and did everything she could to make the experience better.

Now for everything else; The food was a 4/10 while being generous. The ketchup was the best part. I have a food allergy and have nevet had any issues with a Red Robin location in the past. They have all been super accomodating and answered any questions I have had when it comes to the ingredients.

This location however didnt want to look at any labels or ingredients or anything. They have an allergen menu that helps you get through most questions. I checked the allergen menu but I had another question, so we asked the Bri to ask the kitchen staff. She came back out and was told that we need to check the allergen menu. Bri explained that to Erin but Erin didnt want any part of helping a customer with an allergy.

If you have an allergy to ANYTHING do NOT go to this location. Actually no, if you like food at all then you need to avoid this location. Ive had some bad experiences with restaurants not being accomodating, but usually thats because they dont have an allergen menu and they arent accustomed to looking through ingredient labels and get frustrated. This experience however is in the top 5 worst experiences. To be told to just check the allergen menu even though its not clarified and all you need to do is check some labels?? This is the stuff thats super frustrating. I would gladly go to the back and check labels myself, but thats frowned upon.

But it gets so much better! When I did finally find something I could have based off the allergen menu, I needed 3 things to not come with them. Guess what? 2 of the things came with my meal LOL. Then I later learned Erin, bless her heart, was the sweet soul to bring out our food. It was fixed, THANKS TO BRI!

Erin I hope you have the day you deserve, sweetheart. Bri thank you for your understanding and all the help. (You could do better than that hole in the wall).

Service was shit and I would give a 0 if I could. We were sat right away but then it 15 minutes for our server to take our order. A table that was sat 5 minutes after us got their food and drink way before the server took our order.

Waited a long time to be acknowledged and ended up walking into the kitchen to see if any hostess was available. The customer Service went straight down hill from there. Should have never stayed to order.

The waitress forgot our water three times when we asked for some, we never recieved any water at all. and they forgot to give us ranch for the fries, and one of the male workers in tattoos approached the waitress and was talking unprofessionally to her loud enough for everyone to hear about a large table needing to be cleaned up. The food was okay but we won't be coming back.
