You know it’s sad after 7 years. This one restaurant, your restaurant has ruined the WHOLE Restaurant-Chain. I will never get the embarrassing disgusting sewage incident in your lobby that made me 🤮. Traveling as much as I do, I turn down dinner get-togethers because of your lack of cleanliness.

What a disappointment hours of operation on Sunday is 9:49 PM however, their kitchen closes about 930 unlike normal restaurants where you can go sit down and eat order your food within the hours that the business is open and if if you’re there after the closing time that’s fine, but you can’t order anything else after closing time they give you time to eat They allow you to stay and eat and drink at the bar last call. It’s 10 o’clock for alcohol should be the same for food very disappointed in the service or lack of we’re not even do it to go order or even go ask and see if they could do it or would do it.

Went for my birthday. I received a coupon for a birthday burger. I love the burgers, the shrimp was delicious and the service the friendliest.

The hamburger bun was stale bread, the meat and bacon tasted like cardboard.
I eat only a quarter of the hamburger.
The fries were ok.
The service is slow, but that's the kitchen fault, not the waitresses which were very nice and helpful.
Also, the self checkout tablet was dirty, I don't think they clean them often enough. Plus it is a bad idea for big parties, as each person has to share the same tablet.
I rarely eat fast food, but if I do in the future: In-N-Out Burger is way better than Red Robin.

We come here often & never seen a rush like we did today. Our server Dani been the only one here at that time was great! Even with 10-11 tables by herself still managed to take really good care of us. Props to her!

wait staff was awesome! They didn't mind accommodating my carnivore diet, made it super easy to order. My girls loved the games on the table.

I visited the restaurant on 911 to get a burger and it was the smallest burger I’ve ever encountered. Where is the beef? I will be returning back to the restaurant.
