Great prices and while the food was delicious, I certainly was not impressed with the service... For 3 of us dining in on our lunch break the waiter was switched up on us, and we were only checked on one time while watching other familys being attended to numerous times... The fries are suppose to be bottomless and no one ever came to refill our fries. Come on Red Robbin that's what your suppose to be known for is the bottom sides! The coolers were broke down so unfortunately any of the beers we wanted were not available and for that I gotta give this 2 stars. Sorry not sorry.

It was prebagged stuff and the pineapple was like so thin and the fries were to salty for me..loved the tarter

Always good, not today, dirty dishes. Fish was greasy, fries cold. Server didn't ask if we wanted refills on anything, including drinks.

Been here a few times.
Every time you either have to flag somebody down to give you a menu at the bar or they just ignore you completely the day I was there.
Employee at the end of the bar, saw me sit down at the bar and then walked off. I waited 10 minutes nobody came over so I decided to go to another restaurant where they actually serve people at the bar.
Edit: faster response on Google maps than at the bar....

You can never go wrong with Red Robin, let’s be honest! This location is fantastic as well. The customer service was wonderful, our food came out in a timely manner, and the restaurant was clean as well. The manager Oscar even came by to say hello and check in on us too, which was so kind. We will definitely be back to this location soon!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because the sweet potato fries were good. But then again, you can’t go wrong with fries. The sandwich was not good at all. I expect a sandwich in a restaurant to be made with good quality fresh bread and to be dressed and flavorful. This was a school cafeteria sandwich at best. I could get a better sandwich at any deli place. The bread was like eating paper and everything inside was completely bland.

It seems this place is designed for dinner. I came at lunch. It was dark and boring.

My chicken sandwich was good, but it did not have the avocado I asked for. I wanted crispy fries and got some fries that I could tell were re-fried!! They were stale and awful! Not impressed with this location! What happened? It used to be good! The service was ok.she was friendly at least. Don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon!

Did a pickup order. Food was excellent and delicious. The staff was great and very friendly. Our order was perfect. Everything was ready on time. Would recommend and we will be back again next time we are in Arizona..

Great Red Robin Location! Staff was helpful despite being understaffed. The food came out in a timely manner and the atmosphere was very friendly and clean. Big benefit is they're never super busy so it's the ideal place to go when you know you don't want to be in a crowd or have to wait!
