This is my first time visiting this place. I walk out of there happy with the food and the service. It was nice and quiet, but let take into consideration that I went in a Monday evening. I will recommend it. Sushi Mongolian BBQ and all you can eat.

I got some food and ended up not being able to eat due to medical issues nothing to do with their food. Anyways the staff were so sweet they gave me a couple Togo containers to make and take with me. I had barely taken a couple bits of food when the issues happened. I felt so bad about it but the staff were awesome.

I use to go here when i lived in the area about 7 years ago from what i remembered was really good i went there the other day to see if it was good as before the food was cold for the most part some even having werid taste for spicy chicken just wasnt right. I couldnt eat half the things i grabbed and im not picky to say the least..my girlfriend also didnt like much of the food she got.got served the wrong drink cup had a crack an was leaking from the bottom. Only plus is i got my correct drink an a new glass the food looked way better then it tasted

The sushi and food off the grill is great.

They have Chinese food and a few American dishes for the kids as well.

Desert is workable. Nothing to wrote home about.

Its what you expect from an Oriental Super Buffet. Lots of food, lots of options, more than you can eat and decent pricing.

Worth going to.

Food was bland and flavorless.

Currently writing this from the toilet. I have always loved coming here because I love the variety and food is yummy. Unfortunately I did contract food poisoning from here today.

I am something like a Chinese buffet connoisseur. I have been to many of them throughout the country as well as in other countries.

Red Wok buffet wins a 5/5 stars from me!

The food is good but I don't like getting harassed by homeless people everytime I try to get to and from my car!
Update: no more harassment to the door. Also, the kimchi is on point!

The man in front has a very arrogant attitude, the food is average. They prohibit entry to people who live on the street and discriminate against them. If it is within your possibilities, look for a better restaurant, do so.

Came in at night. Paid for my meal and a dirt Pepsi. Finished a whole plate and started making another one before my waitress took my receipt. When I got back to my table I only had a water, no diet Pepsi.

I kept waiting for her to come by for my Pepsi or for me to grab her attention but she spent all her time cleaning forks or attending table near her.

It wasn't untill I was on my third plate of food before I was able to her attention and get the diet Pepsi I paid for. About 20mins.

Food was decent but allot of it was bland. Sushi was old and dried out. A lot of the chicken was hard. They clearly let a lot of food stay out under the warmers for longer than it should be.

At one point there was only one spot for plates. All the other spots were empty.

I will not be back.

I recently visited the Red Wok in Phoenix off Thomas Road, and I must share a deeply concerning experience. While eating, I discovered a rubber band inside the crab meat on my plate. To clarify, this was not part of the shell or claw but an actual rubber band embedded in the crab, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they dismissed it by claiming the rubber band must have come from the bundle of noodles. This excuse only heightened my frustration, as it still points to severe negligence in food preparation and quality control. When I requested a refund due to this alarming issue, they outright denied it, refusing to take responsibility for such a serious matter.

This is a clear health and safety hazard. What if a child or baby had eaten this and choked? The thought of the potential danger is horrifying. Such an unsanitary and careless practice is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability from the staff only compounds the issue.

I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. The lack of basic hygiene standards and customer service demonstrates a disregard for both safety and satisfaction. I hope this review serves as a warning and prompts the management to reflect on and improve their practices to ensure no one else has to endure a similar experience.
