I used to love Reggie's BBQ just for their catfish and they're okra I haven't been able to go for a while due to being ill and I come back they didn't got a whole new cut the fish don't taste as good as it used to and my okra does not look the same nor taste the same there is no salt whatsoever and it's kind of burnt I'm not happy about that however the catfish is still good

On last Saturday, my granddaughter and I had driven all the way from Tucson because we wanted some more of Reggie’s barbecue. I had to be in Phoenix on Sunday for a service; however, we drove down on Saturday just to get the barbecue and then we would spend the night for the church service on the next day. Someone else had told us how good it was and so we had gotten some the last time we were in Phoenix. They were closing when we got there and had turned off the fryers; however, they reopened, took our order and served us. I think that was so wonderful, and we truly enjoyed the food.

The people were nice. The neighborhood was OK. However I got the catfish perch with French fries. For the price that was not worth it. For the price that I paid it looked like a kids meal. As far as the quality of the fish goes it was perch and catfish . The freshness was OK but it has almost zero seasoning it just tastes like fish and cornmeal with a hint of salt and pepper. He needs to go to his competitions places like WTH burger or mandy's fish and chips. They run circles around this fish I don't know how his BBQ is

Very friendly some other food was good. The rib tips was OK kinda taste it like plastic the perch fish was wonderful. The catfish was wonderful zucchini very good and don’t like how they packaging their food. I didn’t know there was fries at the bottom soaking and barbecue sauce no good. I don’t like my food Package like that. The french fries needs to be separate from the barbecue food specially if they have sauce on, it did not get to enjoy the french fries because they were too soggy. I will go back for the fish and try something else.

I ordered my food a little before 1pm and was told 20 minutes. I went and ran some errands and returned. My tips and fries still weren't ready. Cashier was sitting conversating when I came to pick up my order. Once he got to the window I was told my order wasn't ready. I asked, it still wasn't ready and stated I had ordered over 20 minutes ago. Then was told I didn't order that long ago as he looked at my receipt and realized that I had. We exchanges words and I ultimately asked for my money to be returned. It was my first time going there and my last.

I really wish I can give this place a negative number but you can’t . Where do I start off well first of all this place gave me food poisoning which resulted in me missing a full week of work a trip to the doctors !! Went almost 2 weeks ago and got a little bit of everything, ribs catfish fries and some sides my catfish was RAW in the middle , the ribs were hard and tasted like they were reheated I waited in like for almost an hour just for them to give me uncooked reheated food . The owner is very rude and never returned my call about my service I attempted 3 times and no call back so I’m writing this review because the people need to know !! Please boycott this establishment it’s not safe for the community and I wouldn’t be surprised this place is a front for some drug op . I’m just now feeling better from the food poisoning smh worst place ever and I NEVER bash black owned businesses but this is RIDICULOUS!!

Would be nice if it was a "sit down" restaurant, but the food was still good. Fish was fried a little too hard, but it was still good and flavorful none the less. Wings were bangin' and on point. Service was good as well. Line got a little long, but that's expected when the food is good.
