People, get abused. When it comes to your bill, because I know it and I let you know. The waitress Paola seems to be abusing me by just having a few drinks. If they abuse you, they give you drinks that you didn't even drink. And this has been happening for several months and I'm not the only one who has realized that. The food is very good, very good, but it seems to be an abuse that because of the greed of wanting to charge you a few dollars more, they lose customers by not being Honestly. The waitress Paola came out with apologies because she thought we had invited some lemonades to the current musicians if they never approached us. And I let him know that I would publish it. I'm not that kind of person. If I don't like it, I won't go and that's it. But he seems to be abusing me and I told him to let the owner know that he knows it well because his daughter, a waitress, is the first to do it. I have always loved the food in this place. It is, without a doubt, the best food in terms of seafood. I am very sorry that this time they ruined me. I was celebrating a birthday this week. Very good service. Very good food. The refrigerators were always attentive to my guests. even one of my guests stayed. Surprised by the food, the service said I'll bring my family and he did but unfortunately it wasn't the same ? he said. I don't know why it was Friday but the waitress gave me very bad service. She was more worried about a table of three men serving them than about my family and she made a mistake with a dish and told me in a loud voice that we didn't have that dish that's why she told me. We won't go again Friday night maybe they were busy but they are also customers more than anything because I recommended them so we ate mojarra instead of guachinango ?and the mecerá in the bathroom always because we hardly saw her only when she was going to give the boyfriend a look at his table

Nobody explained us that the tip was already included in out ticket , I think tips are voluntary, according how service was provided, they hit me with 20% tip when the service provided was not even 5%, we waited for ever to get our food, waitress didn’t come back to check if we needed anything

My favorite go to seafood place in Phoenix! This place is truly a hidden gem. The service is usually not the best so we just expect it now, but honestly it’s worth the food! :D Also, if you spend more than $100 they automatically add a 15% gratuity. They have happy hour during the week too.

Menu prices don't match the receipt. Then when you let them know to please fix the price to what was on the menu they gave you that you ordered from, they get mad and say they haven't had time to switch out the menus to the new prices. Well unfortunately that is not the customers fault and you should change your menus before you hand them out with incorrect information. I ordered a lime margarita and pointed to the happy hour menu that said was $5. When my check came out I was charged $11 so I told the server and she said I didn't tell her I wanted the happy hour one... I said I pointed to it directly on the menu! Then she tried saying I ordered it from someone else when she was the ONLY server there. They automatically add 18% even if you don't have "a party of 6 or more" which is stated on the menus. This is all false advertising and I'm sure the BBB will start getting complaints of this place. I don't mind paying the prices if they were listed correctly. This place is straight up robbing people. The customer service sucks.
