Driving through Phoenix we made a quick search for a breakfast restaurant and were directed to Lorena’s Cafe. I had the Chorizo con Huevos which came with a side of beans and a flour tortilla (you could choose corn); my husband had Huevos Rancheros with a side of beans and tortilla. The service was excellent and the food fresh! We enjoyed it so much. We are from Tucson, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, and appreciate locally owned, unique restaurants.
The best Spanish omelet in this area. Been eating them for over 45 years starting when they (then known as Los Dos Amigos) were in South Phoenix. It's a long drive from San Tan Valley but every time we are in Phoenix we go.
