After a long day of meetings I pivoted to the hotel restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Food, drinks, and atmosphere were all a vibe. Nelsey and Heather at the bar were awesome too.

Worst meal I have ever been served! I couldn’t eat it and when asked to remove from my bill, I was told they haven’t had any other issues with that dish. Furthermore to add insult to injury they over charged me by $15 from what the bill was. If the manager actually reads this get in contact with me have a lot to speak with you about as theft is a criminal offence!!

I went to this restaurant after I arrived in Phoenix the service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for water waitress brought back menu, we ordered wings and fries. The wings were cold when they brought them out and so were fries total bill $40. The food in the service was not worth the price will not return.

We will never be back and I would not recommend this place. Food was decent, we ordered the chicken wings which were the better part of this experience. Chicken Alfredo was mediocre at best. Then we took a turn down hill when it came to service times. The server was extremely slow to check in, once we asked for bills it took over 45 min to receive and pay the bills. A 20% auto grat was added onto the bill after we advised we would be using food vouchers from the airline. The server indicated this was added due to the time it took to input the food voucher numbers. Time wasted for Mediocre food.

Ahhhh Rimrock, I don’t even know where to begin. Was it the overpriced meals? Was it the waitress that checked in with us once an hour? Was it the Cajun Chicken Alfredo they might as well call White Salt Chicken? I don’t even know anymore! When my partner and I arrived, we sat ourselves and were quickly greeted and offered to buy drinks. She ordered a water and I ordered a 16 oz beer (which became a 20 oz beer on the check). We then perused the menu which was literally a carbon copy of the room service menu which would have been the way to go had we known that was the case. For appetizers, we ordered a Bavarian Pretzel. For mains, I chose the Phoenician Burger (Jalapeño and Pepper Jack - $19) and she chose the aforementioned White Salt Chicken ($28). The waitress asked us if we “obviously” wanted our pretzel first, to which we “obviously” said yes to!All was great until we received our full meal without a sign of the pretzel. We let the runner know we were waiting on that to which he said, “sorry, we’ll get that for you right away”. He wasn’t lying, but the pretzel definitely wasn’t even braided by the time I was halfway done with the Phoenician Burger! If you love Pretzels and Beer Cheese as a dessert, this might be the restaurant for you!Now for the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. I’m honestly wondering if they boiled the pasta in the jacuzzi (which is very nice by the way) and marinated the chicken in sodium tablets. The pasta tasted like the garlic version of a La Croix, just the essence of a flavor. It was extremely underwhelming and they should send the chef to Olive Garden to take a course on how to make a mediocre Fettuccine Alfredo.Overall, the food was mediocre for the price, the service was horrible, and the ambience was alright. It’s great if you love sports and even better if you love WWE. But this is a place I’ll be sure to never visit again! They are truly blessed to not be within walking distance from any other restaurants because if they were, they’d be just another food court serving complimentary breakfast. I had high expectations for food in general in Phoenix, but man am I glad I’m headed home to NYC tomorrow.Save your money and order Uber eats or if you have a car, drive very very far away from this place.

I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and there was not a hint of Cajun to be tasted. The pasta was not worth the price whatsoever - $30! Absolutely outrageous. The servers were slow and we waited quite a while to even receive the bill with our plates still in front of us for close to a half hour upon finishing eating. We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer but received it well after receiving our main entree - should have been called the dessert pretzel instead!
The service was great and the staff was very attentive to my needs. I would definitely eat there again if given the chance.

Night manager was rude and arrogant. December 23rd manager told my party of 4 adults they were closing at 8:30 for Christmas. Restaurant hours posted close at 10:00 pm. Was literally finishing meal the staff started shutting off lights. Tab was $243.00 worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I could understand if it was Christmas or Christmas Eve. We are talking December 23rd. Several other travelers entered restaurant hoping for a meal only to be rudely turned away by the manager. Take a Uber to another restaurant or don’t stay at this Hilton. Avoid the Rim Rock.
