If I could give it zero stars I would. I've been to this bar once before many years ago and it was amazing their bloody Marys were on point. However me and a friend went to Rip's the other day. There were two white female bartenders and there were only three people at the bar actually in the bar total. Both bartenders looked at us turned around and walked off we waited for 8 minutes I said excuse me three times and ignored me. The racism in this bar is beyond me. I will make sure I post this and make a video on every social media account about The horrible experience. #boycottRIPS RACISM LIVING IN PHOENIX IS ABSOLUTELY WILD.

Nice bar right in the commminty easy to get to in traffic ….. Drinks are great staff is nice & Bartender is allay in a great mood(.)

It was Goth night and I never new about. I'm 57 yrs old and I was up on the stage like I was back home in Chicago Illinois when I was in my 20s and at Medusa's on shetfield and school. Great memories bought back to me. I sure will be back for the next Goth night

The people here on both sides of the bar were very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the layout. Kind of funky how you can’t see what’s going on around corners for a dive bar. I also have not been there during live music which I believe they have regularly. It may be good. Several of my local friends frequent Rips.
