Absolutely unbelievable. This was the first time I’ve ever went into Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard and oh my goodness this completely blows away any ice cream shop that I’ve gone to yet in the valley. I’ve always been a fan of Cold Stone Creamy including Dairy Queen but this put them all to shame. It’s funny I’ve driven past this store multiple times going down Tatum but never thought of pulling in until tonight and I don’t regret it one bit. The Customer Service was stupendous. You can tell that the man behind the counter really supports his products and enjoys seeing his customers truly satisfied.
So I decided to go with my usual staple like I do other places and I did a chocolate vanilla swirl in a sundae cup size large.
Austin gave me the best experience with his customer service. Will be coming again because of him !!

I signed up for the app because I saw an advertisement about getting a free ice when you sign up. However, when I signed up I did not get a free ice nor did it show on the app or on the register. Please fix the app or the advertising.
Harlem and Riley are amazing! Absolutely love coming in here when they are working! They definitely deserve a raise for their outstanding customer service and attitude!

This place is bomb! I was going to Joe's Italian ice in Tempe and that is really good... But this place has so much more things to order and it's definitely a new favorite! I just wish they had more locations!

We just went to Rita’s for the first time and it was Great!! Not only was it delicious but the staff ROCKED! Thanks to Harlem, Kiley, and Dalen for making our evening so much fun. We’ll be back!
