The food is really good, we used to come here regularly. That is until this one employee kept cheating us on the salsas and carrots. He's usually always there in the evening wearing a hat. If you ask for six he'll give you four and if you ask for 8 he'll give you six, stuff it in the bag and if you ask for any more he gets annoyed real quick.. I HAD 6 HUNGRY ROOFERS WHO WANTED JACK N BOX TACOS...I ORDERED TAKE OUT 2 CARNE ASADA TACOS MEALS WITH BEANS AND RICE FROM ROLANDO'S...THEY WERE BLOWN AWAY! SO MUCH MORE THAN THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GETTING. ROLANDO'S STAFF HELPED ME WITH THE ODER AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I AM GOING BACK FOR ME NEXT TIME! THANK YOU FOR A HOME RUN LUNCH FOR THE CREW!
This is my far the best mexican food you can buy at a great value. They cook the food right in front of you. Their kitchen is sparkling clean. I've been going there since 2005. I used to drive from Surprise arizona to this location just to get their AMAZING carne asada burrito. I've lived in six different states, and this by far is THE BEST mexican food out there.
