Well it was late night I was hungry and they were open. The food was very hot and I must say very good. I got a California burrito and Carne Asada fries. Hit the spot for me and my daughter.

I've been going here for about 30 years. Prior to that, I knew the owners from San Diego. The Carne Asada is pretty much always great. I just got home with a $10 burrito. It was tiny, like Taco Bell tiny. I called just to let them know something was up. Eric's response was "every cook is different and I'm sure you wouldn't call to tell me that the burrito was large". It was unnecessarily adversarial. Well, Eric, I wouldn't. I would tell everyone else. As in, supporting the local businesses. Part of running a business is consistency. I shouldn't have to interview the man on the grill to see if I will actually get what I pay for. I wasn't asking for anything. It was just a heads up. The guys that opened this restaurant decades ago were awesome, kind and extremely hard working. After reading the recent reviews, my experience with sub-par food and abysmal attitudes from the kids that are running it now was not an anomaly. It is a shame. The family loved to get takeout from here. Unfortunately, the lack of even the most basic attention to details and attitude changes that.

Small venue but that’s not their fault excellent food, hard workers, food always made available. Love the late night hours.I’d recommend the green chili burrito to new comers. Keep it up guys ????
