I placed a order for a pizza, I arrived to pick up the pizza stood in the store for Abt 15 min before someone finally came out to say my order didn't go thru, she offered no suggestions to prepare pizza or anything. I will not go back there, you should have stayed closed!

Being from illinois, rosati's is my go to. Seems like this particular rosati's has less flavor, a bit overcooked, tough.
Update. Love rosatis, yesterday I ordered sausage and pepperoni, thin crust, my go to. Although good, the crust was so paper thin, and the slices looked very flat. Taste was ok, but the whole pizza was so flat.

Update - Negative stars! The remaining entree is inedible- partner who will eat anything reports moldy taste in cheese.
Zero stars if I could.
We ordered two entrees via Uber Eats. Only two. They made one. One. How do you miss an entire entree?? Half of the whole order? That's not a simple mis-count.
The receipt showing the full order was stapled to the closed bag.
One of us is not eating tonight!
What an absolute failure. Never, ever again.

I was waiting for my doordash and they were backed up but the owner is amazing and did everything in his power to make everyone happy. As someone who also works in a fastfood restaurant he knows exactly how to treat his customers. I highly recommend!!!
We ordered a deep dish sausage pizza and a thin crust pizza with sausage and mushrooms. The pizza had no flavor whatsoever and there was hardly any sausage on either pizza. It was not good and tasted terrible.

If you’re hungry don’t come here the wait time is ridiculously long, and the food wasn't cooked enough , save your money and go to any other Rosati's besides this one.

My husband LOVES pizza and is particular about where we get it from. Rosati's is his favorite pizza place and when we lived in another part of the valley, we would drive out of our way to go to a better Rosati's than the one nearest us (that's how particular he is haha). But we moved to Ahwatukee and THIS Rosati's is GREAT! We order pizza here almost once a week and it's always been great! The owners are wonderful to talk with and go above and beyond. Very satisfied!
