My husband LOVES pizza and is particular about where we get it from. Rosati's is his favorite pizza place and when we lived in another part of the valley, we would drive out of our way to go to a better Rosati's than the one nearest us (that's how particular he is haha). But we moved to Ahwatukee and THIS Rosati's is GREAT! We order pizza here almost once a week and it's always been great! The owners are wonderful to talk with and go above and beyond. Very satisfied!

Cannela Nuggets were awful. You can barely bite into them. I thought they would be light and airy. No. If you threw them you would put a hole in the wall. Take an eye out for sure. I would love a refund.
The pizza was too thick for a thin crust. And the pizza was cold and I only live 3 mins away.

I am so impressed by this location!! Even though there was a wait on Friday for pickup orders , it was worth every second. 1st the lovely lady in the front was very slammed. She made her job look easy.( and it couldn't have been) And she was still so pleasant, so personable, perfect customer service. 2nd I've never eaten such an amazingly delicious meal! I mean- I am so impressed. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich and fries with sweet and hot peppers on the side. It was truly the best Sandwich I've ever had. I'm usually very slow when eating, I'm a petite person and I usually can't finish my entire plate when I order out. Well, I'll tell you what! I scarfed it all down in record time. Every bite was better and better. Thank you to the lovely person and her daughter that worked on Friday evening. Keep it up! Your killin' it!!

I called 45 minutes after ordering, waiting on hold for 9 minutes until I said enough is enough and just drove to the restaurant. NOT my first rodeo with this location.Of course my husband got the run around and all the excuses in the world on why our pizza isn’t done.8:35 pm he asked how much longer. They told him that it got delivered to someone for a delivery and would take an hour and half to remake our order.I’ve worked in the restaurant and customer service industries… This is NOT how to run a business!Third mess up is the charm!Fool me one time shame on you!Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you!Fool me three times, peace signs!We will never be returning to this location. Until there is new owners. Corporate will be contacted to inform them how this franchise location is ran. Very very sad!

Got pizzas a few months ago a d the bottom was rock hard. Thought it was a one off until today. Got it again and the same thing plus no taste and slow service. Would rather have a frozen pizza

Waited over an hour for our pizza, wings for a meatball sub it to be raw frozen and a burnt pizza. 50$ wasted and customer service was absolutely terrible. I was told they "forgot" our pizza ticket and that's why it took over an hour. Were not friendly and would not recommend again. Wanted a refund and couldn't even receive that as compensation for a raw and frozen meatball sub and burnt pizza that took over an hour!!!
