Picked up my online order this afternoon. Got home and my italian beef didnt have the Giardiniera and no fries. Best part it is all listed on the receipt attached to the bag that was stapled closed. I even tipped. This kind of mistake deserves that the tipping system should nit be followed. Will not be going back to this place at all.

My son worked here as of last Sunday. The owner who runs this place didn't even give any of his employees. A heads up that he was closing his store. They had no idea not only that, but for the last couple months he hasn't been paying them on time he would pay 2 weeks late, almost every paycheck And they are supposed to get paid weekly. As of right now my son is sitting here broke has no money needs to pay his bills looking for work but also has no paycheck because the douchebag hasn't paid him yet and I'm guessing none of the other employees as well. Every time he asks for his money the guy doesn't respond. It's crazy. No wonder this dude doesn't have a business anymore. Probably was a gambler or an alcoholic. Who knows. All I know is he couldn't get his money together and it's a real bad person when they can't even pay these employees that have worked hard. It's considered Free Labor to this guy. I don't know how he'll get turned in but I know he will. I promise him that!

We called in two calzones to be delivered to our hotel room. We were told it would be 45 mins to 1 hour. After an hour we had to call them back. The girl that answered the phone said 30 more mins or long. All she would say is Sorry. once it got here. It was mostly bread, Very little internals, There were no sauce, no chicken that we asked for. The bread was gooey and wasn’t done. We had to throw 89 percent of it away. The price was terrible for what we asked for. We felt ripped off and had the worst experience ever. I would never buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I'm the owner and I want to address trenchmob disciples review. First you worked 1 week. You had tattoos when you were hired. You were fired because you threatened the manager on a group text your racist comment scared the entire staff. I have seen the health inspector 4 times every time with your calls. Every time they found nothing. I guess you can say anything you want on the internet. But the lies are considered SLANDER. Please stop driving by the store with your 7 year old daughter screaming profanity.

I see a lot of comments from the owner about how he prides himself on how clean his restaurant is but I had roaches in my food and in my pizza crust? I didn't call because I don't want a refund or a remade pizza. This place is a walking health hazard and it's amazing how this place is still open and surviving ? this is pretty damn gross if you ask me.

I found this Rosati's to be absolutely amazing. I purchased 2 pepperoni slices and they were so big I couldn't even finish one. The service was great. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
