I found this Rosati's to be absolutely amazing. I purchased 2 pepperoni slices and they were so big I couldn't even finish one. The service was great. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

I wouldn't eat here if I were you. I was hired and then I left. They have a roach infestation and it's bad. They're in the sinks. In the drains. In the walk in. All over "fresh" food.. not to mention.. I saw and witnessed the owner DROP a cooked chicken wing on the floor sauce it and send it out to a customer... I confronted him about it and he said "the floor gets cleaned every morning and night" ....? Not sanitary. I called corporate as well as the health department. Plus they like to discriminate and defamate peoples names and character. I didn't know that having tattoos made me a felon ? all in all.. this place needs a do over or to be shut down. Ive called OSHA as well as the BBB. This place is absolutely terrible!

Disappointed with Rosati's... The pizza we ordered was delicious and was delivered to us on-time however, we did not receive the appetizer that we ordered and paid for. I called immediately after I realized we had missing items to ask about the appetizer and how to fix this. The worker indicated they would refund my card for their mistake but they never did... Very unfortunate customer service.

If you want authentic Chicago Pizza go to the Rosatis in Cave Creek on Tatum. Rosatis on Baseline and 24th doesn’t have a clue on how to make a Chicago Style pizza. We ordered several regular crusts pizzas from them in the past and had their deep dish last nite. The owner of this establishment should go up to the Rosatis on Tatum to see how they make Chicago Pizza. You would think a franchise would follow the same recipe. Stay away from this Rosatis on Baseline and 24th. Don’t understand how this place is surviving.
