Every time I've ordered pizza from this rosati, it's the worst pizza. Undercooked. Bland. Little to no toppings. Looks like cheap frozen pizza from the dollar store

I ordered the “Monster”. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order when they said to give them 30. I requested no mushrooms and they apparently thought I said add extra mushrooms. The pizza was not in a warmer when I arrived but sitting on the counter. The young cashier informed me that the total was $31. For that price it better be good! It wasn’t. It was overly salty, almost cold, with hardly any cheese and nothing like the “Monster” I’ve had at other locations where it’s always the best pizza ever. This location was a great letdown and I hope that the management does something to improve because they lost my fat self as a customer.

My pizza was perfect. I'm so happy when I find a pizza place that actually has green olives. A friendly happy staff and great food. I loved it.

On 11/20/24 @ 2pm ordered the 14" Chicago Style deep dish. First bite I took seemed weird. After a few more bites realized there was very little cheese on a deep-dish pizza! Bizarre. I mentioned it to the employee and he says, "my boss only allows me to put a certain amount of cheese on it". That sounds strange. On the plus side, the ingredients were fresh. I won't be returning to this location, though. I should have been offered a discount or voucher for future use. Customer satisfaction certainly isn't a priority here.

I asked and paid for extra sauce, but when the pizza arrived it was dry and the CSR that took my order over the phone gave me my total and somehow my total changed when my dry pizza was delivered.

Pizza was over cooked tasted like flavorless card board , looked like it was a day old. Asked for regular sauce on the deep dish pizza instead of chunky tomatoes that didn't happen. it was Delivered cold and took 1 hours and 45 minutes to arrive.Employee who answered the phone said that's how it's supposed to be. Went to go get his manager didn't put me on hold just set the phone down I could here what they were saying. Comes back and says text my manager and gives me 2 phone numbers. Texted and got no responses. 70 dollars gone. The rosati's on union hills is way better quality stay away from Thunderbird.
