Terrible experience, Ordered a calzone with Italian sausage and grilled chicken and received an overcooked calzone with nothing but sauce inside. Chicken wings were rubbery.

Well compared to the Rosati’s in Lake Havau City it was not very good I was really disappointed!!!!The salads were poorly made either little to no cheesy, tomato or cucumber as we get in Havasu. The ranch dressing was just plane Jane compared to ranch used at Havasu which comes in its own cups that is just wonderful!And the pizza was just ok. The price for the basic salad was $10.95 each way over the cost in Havasu .Very overpriced food that was just plane & BLAAA. Will never go that Rosati’s again

Had my order messed up Everytime I go here 3x in a row. drugged employees getting high at work instead of doing a good job. super long wait times when it's completely dead. I get my order wrong 3x in a row and the high tweaker dude at nights like my bad she's new(high af). God only knows what's going on behind that swinging door. Granted I finally complained after the 3rd time having multiple problems with a easy order the young guy told me he'd get me back time. Correction. I called in to get something backnfrom having my overpriced order messed up.and the guy told me he'd only give me 5 $ off for messing up my order 3 timer and super late. Terrible. Close this dumpster fire.

Stopped in for lunch to kill time waiting for my appointment at Best Buy next door. Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. Long wait but wow, the slices were huge! Very good pizza. So much I took half of it home with me. I really enjoyed this little place. Hope to go in again next time I have to go to Best Buy! This was in January but I forgot to review it until now.

Came in at 3:15pm, manager would not give me lunch special that ended at 3pm. Due to lack of customers, if I was the manager, I would have allowed it, in hope of returning customer. Pizza quality not good at all. Better off going to Little Caesars. I won't be going back! ?

When I walked in, there was a door dasher waiting. He left because no one came out to help him. I waited for another 5-8 minutes before someone came to the front to help. The fries were cold, soggy and not cooked, probably the worst fries I’ve had in a looooonnggg time if not ever. The chicken parm sandwich was super soggy and covered in sauce and cheese, had to eat with a fork and knife, which isn’t the biggest deal but it was not good. Going to report the purchase as fraud to get my $34 back. Would highly not recommend.

I walked in to order a deep dish pizza and a caucasian man Came from the back, looking really scruffy and dirty, like a Tweaker with his nose running, I wanted to walk out as soon as I seen him but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and ordered. I should’ve just left. My pizza was cold and not cooked it didn’t taste good at all. I threw half of it away. Maybe it was just the fact that that guy was really nasty looking and made the pizza taste bad. idk ?♂️ but i wont ever go there again.

Absolute trash…. been waiting over three hours for replacement just to call back to be told that they knocked on my door and no one answered. Unbelievable don’t ever go to this place….i don’t think any of the workers actually bathe before their shift!!!!!TRASH MANAGEMENT!!!

I went here because a date recommended. The first thing I noticed off the jump was there was no grade from the health department. After a five minute wait a lady comes from the back looking like she was just in a fight in the mud. Her nails were dirty and she kept sniffling. She took our order and went straight to the back ignoring the handwashing sink and going straight to making the order I spoke loudly hoping she would hear me. After about 20 minutes she comes with our order. Upon getting home I realize that my calazone is way undercooked the cheese is not melted the dough is still raw and my veggies were as well, not only that but they are cut into huge inedible pieces (see picture). I knew something was off when I read the sign as soon as you walk in that says "prefer cash" I paid with my card, it seemed sus.

Ordered a pizza well done and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. Looking over the reviews that seems to be a trend at this location. Not fully cooking pizza. Maybe their procedures are to rush ? Not sure but wasn’t happy I had to slide my pizza on a tray and bake it at home to get it well done. Don’t see myself going back.

I've eaten at different locations before and it's been good. This location..... Pizza tasted nasty, ranch was way watered down and had an after taste, mozzarella sticks were cold as were the fried mushrooms. Never been more disappointed in a pizza place.

Food was okay, but fraudulently tipping yourself is not. We had a pickup awhile ago, it was one large pizza, and I didn’t even realize it until I saw it on my October statement. I’m all for tipping if it’s earned. But to steal money? And from what I’m hearing, this isn’t a new problem at this location. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better. I’m not giving you my card to help yourself.
