Bummer that the skewers came minus the chicken on both skewers and when we mentioned it to our server she said “we must have run out”. It was 11 am in the morning ~ weird. Usually the Rokerij would just add another piece of one of the other 3 meats so it was really different this visit. Everything else was great as usual.
Another awesome brunch at Cellar Bar under the Rokerji, TRE is a great bartender / server and we look forward to seeing him! Tha Eggs / Chicken Enchiladas are amazing!! 5 Stat!!
As always, we had a great dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting. Courses are perfectly paced out so you can enjoy each dish thoroughly. Our meal was absolutely perfect. We love Anna, our server & bartender. We will be back soon!
Food is amazing. Service is terrible, drinks were forgotten. Time for food was a long time. Total for 4 people time wise was a 3 hour dinner. Not expected.
Great place to enjoy brunch. The menu has regular favorites as well as creative brunch options. Trey, our server, was great & we appreciate his balancing everything downstairs.
Been coming for years. Food has become lackluster and nothing special about plating or sides. This has been a trend. Timing of entrees for four was off. Two meals lagged by 5 to 10 min. They have done better.
Love this place. Great for out of towners as there is spicy New Mexican but also fantastic chops and seafood. My rack of lamb was amazing and cooked to perfection. The noise level was too high. It was difficult to hear at a table of 4 . We were, however, seated next to a very loud group
This restaurant is the sister restaurant of Dick's Hideaway. Very similar food in a more upscale environment. Great dining experience. Note: it's a confusing layout. Richardson's is the restaurant with bar, it's upstairs. Rokerij, is the bar only, downstairs.
Was a great last dinner in phoenix before we headed home. Enjoyed the flavors of the dishes and the service was great.
Nice evening at the Rokerij. Did find it a bit assuming though. I guess they get so many " regular " customers that the staff doesn't think they need to explain the menu or specials. We did learn a few things though so will try again the next time we are in town.

As much as a drink and dinner costs, I was floored when charged .50 per blue cheese olive in my martini. That has never happened in any restaurant ever before.
FOod great service awful. We love the place but this is the second time I've brought friends and had a really bad experience with the service.
We were disappointed. I've patronized Rokerij multiple times before, but last night move me to not bothering to chose it again. Made a reservation, showed up and was told I needed to checkin upstairs (how was I to know that‘upstairs is a different restaurant). Ana mgr / server was pushy and didn't listen well. We were bullied from our table for the next reservation (2 hours) without any friendly offers to relocate us to the bar. We therefore didn't order dinner and left having only cocktails. After signing the tab she replied “just in time” having a few minutes later a table helper say “we need the table for the next reservation”. Never again.
This place along with it's sister restaurant next door are gems that are truly different in a world of run of the mill cookie cutter restaurants. From the moment you arrive, you notice that these spots are different. The free standing building is Southwestern, but not in the cheesy 1980's must have teal color way. The menu offers an abundance of items that you will not find elsewhere, and the food is always spot on.
The pizza is the best. I do pepperoni pineapple jalapeño. Sounds weird but just try it
