I REALLY wanted a shrimp burrito and they were 10min till closing one night. I called on the way in and asked if I could PLEASE place a phone order and I'd be there exactly the time they close. She was very nice and put my order through. It was waiting for me when I pulled in with 1min to spare. She still let me get salsa and a drink and didn't rush me out. I wish I got her name! My first time experience was exceptional! The cashier was very helpful. I ordered my meal wrong twice on my part and the crew fixed it without any issue and it was done with a smile and hand delivered to my table twice by a kitchen staff. The food is good too, so I'll be back more often. Keep up the good work, cause it's noticed. See you soon-
I haven't eaten at a Rubio's for a while now but my experience was fast and pleasurable. I was reminded of how good the food was during this visit. I also want to thank Aimee for her positive attitude. Good job Rubio's; I will be back.
