I love their shrimp trio! Its the best with or without the ketchup option, which I recommend! My favorite fast food place of late. Very kind and helpful servers. I love the salsa bar too.

I didn't know Rubios is now a Chinese food restaurant. I ordered fish bowl and got 80% full of white rice with 2 little 4inch straps of fish....wow. had guacamole and few black beans mixed in but mostly peasant filling for 3rd world meals. $13 is overcharge.

The soft drinks have tasted really bad here the last 2 times I've visited, it makes me think the lines haven't been asked out for months?!

I enjoyed my salmon fish tacos. The fish tasted fresh, and it came out quickly. Unfortunately, there were food remnants on multiple tables.

I have never wished ill on anyone in my life, before tonight. Whoever made my order tonight, I hope your pillow is always hot. My husband and I ordered two shrimp burritos, one with extra guac. The one with guac had the amount of a teaspoon in the entire thing and NO SHRIMP…I was in utter disbelief and disappointment. It was only worsened by the fact that my husbands shrimp burrito had a big gross chunk of BEEF inside. I have never been done dirty by this location before, I love rubios…so whoever was the “chef” tonight…ruined everything

Was half way through my taco and noticed something all over the tortilla. Mold? Disgusting. Husband’s burrito was missing ingredients and was insanely small. We likely won’t be back

- The food is always great . .
- The restaurant was late afternoon-empty . . yet it took quite awhile to get the food.
- The sad thing is the location at 4747 East bell, Phoenix . . has become so filthy we won't be back to that location. Food scraps were on almost every table . . with no attempt for bussing/cleaning the whole time we were there (45 minutes or so), the floors looked worse . . and the bathrooms were past that. I am sorry, they looked like run-down small town gas station bathrooms. My wife is a former restaurant host, trained in restaurant cleanliness and process . . and was very saddened by this. We will give other locations a chance though.

I simply asked the manager / owner how business was doing (generally speaking). He was very arrogant, and I seemed to insult him.

The food is outstanding and the service amazing. The dining area was clean and spacious. I showed up at an an usual eating time and there were only a few people present.
