We had a catered lunch at work and the tacos were good. The chipotle ranch was probably the best part!! It really tied it all together!

If this Rubio's would learn customer service it would be better. One of the ladies is chewing gum obnoxiously while taking an order and with a terrible attitude. The other one with the long nasty finger nails has a terrible attitude as well. I have never seen a smile come from her face, ever. Also, it freaks me out knowing she is handling our order with those p*** crusted fingernails. Overall it isn't very welcoming at all.

Food was decent, surprisingly so for a chain Mexican place. Great use of avocado and cilantro to stay true to the authentic concept. Clean restaurant, efficient service. Fun decor, with a thatched roof indoors and outside seating space in the plaza. Cost a little more than we'd expected. Confused about whether we bus our own tables

Ordered a bowl, I wasn't told they didn't have citrus rice until after our order had been completed. Subbed the Mexican rice (to be easy) and I regret it, bland flavor and not fulfilling at all. The staff didn't seem too enthused to be at work either...

Decided To try Rubio's for the fist time and ordered street style chicken tacos.They were cold and tasteless. I am glad that I didn't order anything else.

Food is lack luster, atmosphere is pretty run down considering other Rubios. A lady rudely put her baby on the tables which is disgusting and unsanitary. Soda machines were broken.
