Not sure what it is with this location, but they can NEVER get an order right. Ordered a Mahi Mahi burrito and got home to find some steak burrito. Just called in because I live almost 30 minutes from the location and the guy who answered was extremely rude and told me I needed to come in to have it refunded. This place needs to hire better people who don’t look and sound so miserable. Maybe look for someone that actually cares about doing a good job. Take the order. Place said food in a bag. I didn’t know this was rocket science. Ridiculous.
EDIT: stopped by to get my refund and they closed 30 minutes early. Guy was shaking and wouldn’t give me my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly people. The service at this location is amazing. I haven't ever had a disappointment with the food and quality of ingredients, my order is always correct and tastes great. I regularly visit this location because of the clean dining area and the convenient location on my way home, I'm grateful to have a great Rubio's nearby

Best Rubios in town! Always love their quality food and 1000% good service! Dakota and Chris are awesome managers! I am so impressed by Chris today as I asked to sub out a Mexican street corn shrimp taco for a Groumet shrimp taco in the Trio and the kitchen didn't see the order and messed up. I told Chris and he took it upon himself to not only make sure I got the right taco but gave me a brand new Shrimp Trio on top of my original order. Ive been to other Rubios and they didn't give this kind of amazing service.(24th St and Basline, hence why they are no longer in business. ) I love Rubios but Chris and his team made me love it even more!

I love Rubio's! But let's be honest, some of the locations aren't that clean and inviting. When I came into this location and met Ed, the cashier/manager/one man show I couldn't believe how clean this restaurant was! Ed was hustlin' and bustlin' with a smile on his face. I've never seen an employee take such pride in their work, and it shows with how clean this location is. This man deserves a shout out and a raise! The food was fresh thanks to the cook in the back, I appreciate you as well! I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice meal and even better service. Thank you Ed, for always going above and beyond to create a warm, friendly and clean environment!!
