If I could leave negative stars I would. I never leave a bad review but for this instance it’s warranted and deserves a bad review. I ordered the chicken tenders which immediately looked questionable when receiving but also tasted horrible. The next morning I woke up in the worst pain with throwing up and horrible diarrhea keep in mind I am also 31 weeks pregnant. Extremely dangerous for me to get food poisoning also being a high risk pregnancy to begin with. It got so bad I ended up admitted to the hospital with dehydration and contractions almost put me in early labor. I couldn’t even keep water down. Do not eat here. This place could have caused serious medical issues for myself and baby. I’m disgusted. Worst food poisoning of my life.

Any place that tries to skimp by only giving you half a hot dog on a 9 dollar kids dog combo is obviously shady. Cant even imagine what other corners are being cut.

I asked the cashier if the Ruby's sauce had milk ingredients in it. She told I don't know the ingredients.She didn't want to help me.Do asked to put on the side.The man who handed me the basket was willing to go the Xtra mile for me andSaid it would only take a minute help me. He came back and told me no milk but does have eggs.I am highly allergic to milk.Excellent job young man.Good flavor.That's why I'm giving this place a 4 ⭐ rating11/25/23 1:34pmck# 0102

Did tasted great. They were a tad slow to get orders out. Looks like they put the new guy on shakes and he didn't know how to make them. After 8 orders sitting up there waiting to be handed out looks like the manager finally came up to help.I've worked in a restaurant I know the struggles. But the food was really really good so I won't hold that again them and I will be back

We stop in at Anthem outlet stores a lot of way home from Phoenix. I know eating at Ruby's express is a good choice. Had the Hickory Burger and it was very good. The barbecue sauce on it added to not only the flavor of the burger but also the flavor of the bacon on the burger. Got my burger with cheese fries, which were a fantastic side.

Kid-friendliness: Not fast service, but man the burgers freshly cooked fries as well. Manager was friendly and helpful plus the staff as well 7/31/23
I went into Rudy's today at lunch time with my friend. The girls working on 6-26-23 and the name said Jesus Q on my receipt. She was on the phone and it took her forever to look up and see she had a customer. I was trying to be patient. After I got my food she went behind the counter and picked up her phone again. I just waited until the cook looked out and said did I need anything. I said yes the server never gave me my drink. I have had a business and I know your employee can make you or break you. She did not deserve to represent your company. Such a waste of money to an employee.

The food was good but over priced. The customer service could have been better and she got a couple of things wrong with our order!!!! There was a coupon sitting on the tabkes but she didn't even tell us about it!!!! Can't expect anything more from that generation!!!!!!!
