First time visiting this location, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been going to Sacks for years, and the food is always delicious, but today was different.
I was welcomed and greeted by Alissa, and because of this interaction, I will be coming back to this specific location from now on. For the first time in a long time, stopping by for a sandwich was more than just a transactional exchange. Alissa helped me decide when I was torn between options and even convinced me to get a brownie—and I don't even like sweets!
She was patient, helpful, and, excuse my English, she made me feel like she genuinely gave a damn about me as a customer and human. Supporting local businesses, especially restaurants, is important now more than ever, but genuinely good service is an added bonus. You can raise the prices; I’ll understand, and I will still stop by as long as employees like Alissa are part of the experience.
I came for the sandwich and left with much more than I expected, in the best way possible. Management, please thank Alissa for me and let her know she was right—I didn't regret the brownie!
The valley is a better place when an establishment has employees this nice.

Not only is the food amazing, but the customer is service is as well. I incorrectly ordered on DoorDash, they thought it was odd and called me to verify. I really appreciate that my sandwich came as I wanted and not just with the two ingredients I ordered incorrectly. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

we have been coming here for years but lately the quality has really gone downhill - not sure what has changed. this past Friday we ordered two gothic sandwiches and they were horrible.....the bread was super soggy, to the point it was inedible, and the sandwiches were overloaded with lettuce, not the quality we are used to. also after spelling the pick up name 3 times for the girl over the phone, it was still spelled completely wrong and hindered our pick up....please, we know you can do better!

Been coming since 1992… by far the BEST sandwich in town and chocolate chip cookie dough. Now it’s my children’s and grandchildren’s favorite! EVERYTHING is GREAT!

I had a great experience at Sacks Sandwiches! I ordered the sacks symphony turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients and great flavor. The complementary cookie was a nice touch and really tasty. I’d skip the potato salad, lemon bar, and caramel apple bar though — they didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

I was really hoping to try one of their soups, but the only option that day was a cabbage-based one that didn’t appeal to me. I would’ve loved to see something more classic like a decadent potato leek, broccoli cheddar, or even a tomato bisque. Hopefully next time!

The location is great and walking distance from my home and I got there daily special a Mykonos chicken wrap but for $11 it was small and I thought they forgot to put chicken in it but they didn’t forget hut gave me an extremely small amount. Literally just a couple of pieces and went heavy on the lettuce so the ratio was all messed up. Still hungry so still have to go and get and pay for lunch somewhere else. Maybe I just got unlucky with the cook today.

I had a very good chicken Caesar wrap. Maybe the best in Phoenix. The Cajun chicken is a must add

Waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Went up to ask how much longer it would take she said 5 minutes then handed me the bag. I should’ve asked for a refund didn’t even eat it. I live right around the corner but rarely go here the service is so bad, but today was awful. I don’t recommend

Took about 40 mins to get me my 2 sandwiches. Many people that ordered after me got theirs before me. Not sure if that’s normal but I’ve been to the Phoenix location and have never waited that long.
