Ordered the Symphony for delivery based upon reviews. Incredibly bland sandwich. I asked for chipotle mayo and sweet pickles to be added but it wasn’t. Chicken salad portion is very small for the cost. A little disappointing.

Stopped in quick for a cookie. I just asked if I could have the one that looked well done and she said they’re all the same. She walked away as I paid, left my cookies on the side of the cash register, and never looked at me again. With her back to me, I said thank you, and she turned around and looked at me and mumbled something. The young lady with the dark hair and pigtail braids might need a vacation

One of the best Sandwich Shop’s in Phoenix! Sacks is a great place to be able to grab a quick healthy lunch in the Downtown area!
My go-to is The Improve, which is basically an entire Thanksgiving meal wrapped up into a sandwich, with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a baguette! I also really enjoy their potato salad, and you can’t skip on their treats! They have an amazing lemon bars and their cookies are top notch!

I've been going to Sacks forever, not sure how I've never rated them. Best sandwiches in Phx, by far! I usually do a creat your own thing but every sandwich on their menu that I have tried is delicious too. The staff are also very nice too.
