Excellent food. Not too salty like many asian restaurants. 🙂

Nice dinner. Pho, spring rolls and chicken wings were very good. Garlic noodles were too sweet.

My husband was in the hospital, he has food restrictions and we ordered their lemongrass soup through DoorDash. We received the wrong food not once, but three times. Yes — three times. Ended up he couldn’t eat. When we called, they apologized and blamed a language barrier, but didn’t offer a refund or even send the correct order as compensation. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saigon Bistro! The restaurant has a warm, cozy atmosphere with clean and stylish decor that makes you feel instantly comfortable. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining alone or with friends.
I ordered the dry egg noodles with seafood, and it was fantastic. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great texture, and the seafood — including shrimp, squid, and fish cake — was fresh and flavorful. The accompanying broth was light but rich in taste, with fresh herbs and onions that elevated the entire dish. I also had a layered taro and matcha drink that was as beautiful as it was tasty — creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. It really made the whole dining experience feel special.
If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food with great quality, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service, Saigon Bistro is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Missing a peanut sauce from my to-go order. I drove from far so this really sucked.

If you feel like they don't understand what you ordered, they probably didn't actually understand what you ordered. Otherwise, great food, they do fix things when they screw up, good prices. Me and the missus come here often.

I went with my husband to eat the vermicelli salad and we both ended up in the hospital with food poisoning.

Wonderful experience and chill vibe, always great background music and cool videos rolling on TV to help pass the time and get you in the mood to eat while you wait and chill. The menu is unlike I have seen at most other vietnamese spots. So much different choices and ways to eat your favorite dishes.

Been coming here ever since they first opened and it's just always been so great especially considering the prices. And this place is evolving and becoming better and better with more menu options and very tasty additions to the dishes and appetizers and drinks too especially, great lemonades and smoothies. It's come a long way and still improving. Love the people and the food, highly recommend because it's just the best place for vietnamese food in town in my opinion.

This place is the best for vietnamese food for me in our area, it's just so fresh and clean and great experience atmosphere and vibe. The guy Lin just has such a positive energy and so welcoming, makes the best different types of drinks and smoothies. The menu is also more unique and diverse than all the other places. They have a lot of different interesting choices from appetizers to the pho and the way you want your pho served, along with the other entrees and dishes. I love vietnamese food and been all over. But this place for me is just unbeatable overall.

This is a pho place close to where i live, i go there at least once a month, it's very authentic place based what I had back in OC in Cali, and even compare to what I've tried in Hanoi street food, it's pretty close too.
Pretty much all the phos here I had tried, and they are all very good, the broth are tastes just very spot on.
What's worth mentioning is that they have the option to make your regular rice noodle fresh noodle (wide noodle), which is great to have they also have round noodle aka udon style rice noodle.

Walked through the door at 8pm. Wasn’t greeted which they were busy but I went and sat myself down . And just watched them walk past me doing their thing. Guy comes and asked me after me sitting for 20 mins what I’m waiting for . I said a menu with a smile. He sent another lady out and she’s asks if I’m waiting for door dash. I said no I’m waiting for a menu to order . And she said they already closed. Mind you I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes already. Lady said do I want to order something to go. No thank you. I’ll go elsewhere. This was my 2nd time here and the first time food was great service was minimal but okay. But after this interaction. Won’t be back.
