You want a NY style cutlet and perfect al dente pasta? This is the spot. There are numerous signs saying they decline any modification requests. When I sat down, I politely let them know I was allergic to tomato and pine nuts, a class 2+ allergic reaction so cross contamination won't cause serious issues, but that takes out most of the menu items if I don't want a bunch of mouth and throat blisters, could they either leave red sauce, or tomatoes off an item? They said one way or another they'd take care of me, and what were the details of my restrictions. I ordered the bucatini and said I wanted the milanese but also said I'd be happy with a plain cutlet if they couldn't modify the milanese, no worries, I get it. I received the bucatini with a cutlet dressed in the most flavorful and fresh lemon butter topped with fresh grated parmesan reggiano. Every part start to finish was prefect and flavorful. They accommodated my allergies without compromising on their principles. They made sure to check in and verify everything was safe for me to eat. With real food allergies it's always a gamble, especially with allergies to less common allergens, and very common ingredients, such as tomato. If the music was one notch lower volume it would have been much easier to have a conversation but I'm old and if that's what the cool kids these days are into, I'll turn up the beltones.

Food was incredible. They have a no substitution rule but once you accept that it's coming out the way they make it, it's fantastic. Drinks were great food was incredible. Wish the music was just a notch lower but it was incredible

Edited review: STILL AWESOME! We go every other month for date night and look forward to it every time!
I love Saint Pasta! I am so happy he finally has a brick and mortar! We had the best service at the bar and the food was out of this world. The chicken was perfectly cooked and as always the vodka sauce was the star of the show! The gnocchi was also fantastic!

I absolutely love this place. I first tried when they were still in a food truck at the pemberton. Although I haven't yet been to their stand-alone restaurant I am excited to try it. Some of the best Italian food I've had in a long time

Food is dope, Energy is contiguous and drinks were amazing.
It was great pasta! Local noodles, and you can watch them cook your meal. Service was good as well. Fun small menu and cocktails.

Just eat here. You will not regret it. The food will knock your socks off. The music is loud, but hits perfectly. If you are someone who is easily overstimulated, maybe bring some earplugs.
Our server was really sweet and helped us pay our bill quickly so we could be on time for an event nearby.
Really can't wait to come back. I have been dreaming of the Bucatini Limone topped with Ricotta. It was so good. It haunts me.

Delicious! The pasta portions are a little on the smaller side in my opinion but the vodka sauce was SO GOOD!!!!! Our server was very attentive to our table. I can respect the “no modifications” rule - The menu is really simple, and perfect for someone that hates making decisions. My partner ordered the gnocchi and felt the portion was a little TOO small. Plus bonus for showing the sopranos on the projector. Whaddaya hear, whaddya say

This was my first time at this wonderful restaurant. I love the New Jersey Italian cooking practices, nothing can top it!!! The meals served here are amazing.
We began our dinner together with fried mozzarella and the garlic bread. Both were delicious but my favorite appetizer was the garlic bread!!!! Absolutely delicious, the bread was flavored perfect, with a side of their house special spread. We ordered two servings and it all was devoured.
I had the chicken parm, tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. The red gravy was delicious. My wife had the vodka chicken parm….. again spectacular taste both the chicken and the gravy. We then added the linguine with olive oil, garlic and ricotta side. SPECTACULAR!!!!
I want to thank the St. Pasta chefs for a wonderful dinner experience.
We will be back again and again!!!
Thank you for a wonderful evening

I was very impressed by the food here. This type of place feels unique in phoneix. I had the garlic bread, pesto gnocchi, and also tried my husband's vodka penna. All dishes were memorable and delicious. The cocktails were also wonderful!
I love when a simple menu is done to perfection.

Pasta was great, chicken cutlet was excellent , and the chicken parmigiana was on another level. Not typical Italian service or atmosphere. But it fits in with the neighborhood so it’s understandable . Desert would have been nice as I was informed they took it off the menu, but wouldn’t stop me from going back . Over all solid place
