You want a NY style cutlet and perfect al dente pasta? This is the spot. There are numerous signs saying they decline any modification requests. When I sat down, I politely let them know I was allergic to tomato and pine nuts, a class 2+ allergic reaction so cross contamination won't cause serious issues, but that takes out most of the menu items if I don't want a bunch of mouth and throat blisters, could they either leave red sauce, or tomatoes off an item? They said...
Food was incredible. They have a no substitution rule but once you accept that it's coming out the way they make it, it's fantastic. Drinks were great food was incredible. Wish the music was just a notch lower but it was incredible

I love Saint Pasta! I am so happy he finally has a brick and mortar! We had the best service at the bar and the food was out of this world. The chicken was perfectly cooked and as always the vodka sauce was the star of the show! The gnocchi was also fantastic!
