Everytime AMANDA works at the window she’s so rude . I always get good service here from every employee, unless she’s working it’s just always something rather it’s waiting 20 mins for my order or just getting good customer service , it’s just so disgusting. Everytime I come here I dread it when I see her working . Today she came up and told the person at the window to not take my order per usual until “she can get her drive thru cleared” ok cool , but once her drive thru was cleared she didn’t let the person know it was ok to take my order so they were just left scrambling asking other employees if she could take my order , she literally just ran off and disappears . But magically appeared when it was time to take my order and tell them “no don’t take it” DO BETTER

My grief is with the company. No follow through. Most likely poor management from the top down. Looking at you district manager.. Any Google comment replies are confirmed for show. Salad and go seems like they dont concern themselves with peons like me or you.

I am an uber eats delivery driver. I arrived to pick up an order this morning and was met with no acknowledgment at the window for 10 minutes after workers looked at me didn't even gesture to me to wait or anything. This rude employee with black hair finally came to the window after I knocked on the window once and rang the bell a few times (as im waiting for an order i can see sitting on their shelf READY so i can make money.) She tells me rudely she isn't going to help me and slams the window in my face. After slamming the window in my face she flipped me off and called me names with foul language. I don't think this is the kind of customer service that salad and go operates on, and the manager here may need to take a look at their employees.

Best service i showed up 15min before they stopped breakfast (here out of town) to get breakfast burritos for a wedding party i ordered 20 burritos and they were great! Everyone was so happy. Thank you for the great service!! I'm here now getting a burrito before my fight leaves 😆
