I ordered my salad this morning it was an Autumn roasted salad when I brought it to work with me unfortunately I was unable to eat it because the sweet potato chunks were old and the salad was wilted I was also unable to contact anybody when I called up to the establishment the phone went to an automatic voice message then hung up

The crew and manager at this location are incompetent sadly to say. The manager Sylvia was informed of my experiences there and missing items and she blamed her crew members then stated she didn’t know why I didn’t get my drinks and then stated my drinks were given but already stated she could see my drinks in the refrigerator. She then tried to blame DoorDash but you already stated my drinks were in refrigerator so your crew member didnt hand drinks to dasher . She was rude and said she had other customers . Ongoing problems with simple things like making sure customer has there items they paid for . I’ve contacted corporate several times hopefully they change management there to lead the crews properly

This particular salad place is very good the great salads and they used to donate several hundred salads to the homeless. Salads and go has the absolute best strawberry lemonade I it cleanses you first and it tastes wonderful it's made of fresh lemons fresh strawberries. And the price is reasonable.

For some reason this location always says my gift card balances are zeroed out, even when I have a receipt that says otherwise. Magically, they swipe it again, or someone else comes over and then the correct amount will show up. Please train your staff in how to use gift cards.

Theres no reason to have a mobile pickup window if youre just going to help everyone in the drive thru first. People are just going to keep pulling into the drive thru and i'm just going to keep waiting longer for my order.
