Theres no reason to have a mobile pickup window if youre just going to help everyone in the drive thru first. People are just going to keep pulling into the drive thru and i'm just going to keep waiting longer for my order.

Two words….explosive diarrhea.
This is not a critique of all salad and go locations, just this particular location on Dunlap and 7th. They used to be really good and it was close to my work, but those quality has slipped. Had the franchise owner or manager changed hands? I miss having a salad and go so close to my work, but i won’t risk that again. This is the second time this has happened.

Order salads lastnight about 811 pm and my salads looked under made I paid for extra chicken eggs red onions and black beans. got this. Never seen my salads looked under made ever bad experience. No extra anything. Red onions got 3 slices. Black beans could find them till the salad was almost gone. Very unlikely that it was a mistake when I order here super often.

❤️❤️❤️ salad to go! I loved to Hawaii and miss this fast healthy option so much. They are fast and accommodating. Such a great value. I can't make a salad at home for this $$$
So bummed. I know Salad and Go was sold. Idk if it was sold again. Either way the quality is awful and has been the last few times I went. The new chicken being used is some kind of canned, oddly textured meat. Gross. I tried to give them one last chance yesterday and order tofu and I think it was worse - it was some kind of hard, crumbly mess reminiscent of the texture of blue cheese, with some kind of sauce on it. My salad was also missing a couple ingredients. So sad that a place that felt like a trail blazer in terms of a healthy fast food place, somewhere I was glad to have as a good option, has gotten to the point that it is hardly edible.

Absolutely not. I don’t know what it is but I know it shouldn’t be there. Not only was there some weird ladybug insect in my food but the bottom of my bowl was soaking wet as if someone spilled the jar of pepperoncini in my bag. I was literally chewing on stems before I found the bug. Never again.
When to get myself a salad and a salad wrap. Here's a picture of what my Caesar salad chicken wrap look like. South to go is really getting skimpy, they forgot the lettuce my wraps are usually double this size. What happened salad to go? What do you run out of regular wraps. I can't believe how small this Caesar chicken salad wrap was. Very disappointing. You all have to step up your game

I get cravings for this place often! The salads and wraps are delicious. The food is delicious, there's never a long line at the drive-thru (no indoor dining), their frozen strawberry lemonade is fantastic, and the prices are great compared to other fast food type places.
I wish they'd bring back their caprese chicken salad and wraps!

Disappointed I order two traditional burritos. They were smaller this time unlike the other time I ordered them. There more potatoes and very small amounts of eggs and barely any bacon. Very disappointed for this service this morning
