I bought 2 Cobb steak salads, a Buffalo wrap, a enchilada Chile bean & 2 drinks a cucumber mint & green Reviver juice at store #1151 order #1013 cashier Eduardo and spent $34.21 . I felt Rushed through Drive thru & they forgot to put FORKS in my order.... Wow guess gotta eat a Salad with my hands LoL

Went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a chicken caeser salad, I asked to add an egg and I couldn’t remember what candied nut they had. They knew what I was asking for and made my salad perfectly, thanks you guys!

They don't tell you if they are out of a product/ingredient red peppers get replaced with half pound of carrots.... the quinoa tastes funky every other time I get the beet on the go. I have to go around it but other days it's fine.

The guy on drive Thur today was just terrible. I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong location because the app just orders at the last location you used besides choosing the one closest to you and I usually always go to 44th and oak so I overlooked the location by accident. He told me he cannot honor my order and I would have to buy it again cuz it’s not transferrable. I go to this location 44th and oak every week and get the same thing and the customer service was horrible this time. Previously I have accidentally order at the wrong location before and they just looked at my receipt to make sure it was valid and then made my order with no hassle because I still paid for it just not at their location. It’s just called providing that exceptional customer service and going the extra mile. They didn’t have to do that but because they provided great customer service they still honored it. Today the guy at 44th and oak was just terrible. If you don’t wanna be nice and provide customer service get a different job. I understand honoring my order is not required however explaining it in a nice way would be better then being rude and cutting me off while still talking. Just going the extra mile by making the order makes or breaks someone’s experience and what type of review they leave.
