We went today and they were close, i googled it and it says they dont close until 9. Its barely 8pm and lights are off no one is answering at the drive-thru. Was dissapointed i could not get a salad tonight.

Stopped by this salad and go for a quick dinner and they got my order wrong. Specifically on my buffalo chicken wrap and there was literally no meat, i believe they gave me a plain salad wrap. I couldn't turn around and go back once I noticed because I was on my way to the hospital to visit with my parents.. I called and left a voicemail with my name and number and got no response. I wish I had checked the reviews before I stopped because it appears they've been messing up lately at this location.

The manager was very combative and unwilling to listen to me while I was trying to explain the situation regarding my order of almost $80 worth of food I never received. She had already made her mind up, I was lying. As we were talking I noticed an order with my name on it and similar things I had ordered, she told me it was a very common name and could be anyone’s. I showed her the app and gave her permission to handle my phone so she could review it. She told me I would need to reorder and pay again if I wanted my food. I had the pick up window closed in my face 3 times before one of her employees was rational enough to confirm the order they were making with my name on it was in fact: my order. I received my food but the interaction I had with the manager at this location put a bad taste in my mouth and a feeling she’d be the type to spit in my salad. Especially since she was happy to close the window in my face, dismiss logical reasoning, and never even apologize for the misunderstanding and was the one making the order. Will never be back, thankfully at least one of her employees doesn’t share the same attitude or else I would have probably never gotten my order and lost my money.

I don’t really like to leave bad reviews, i just started eating my salad and realized it didn’t have the chicken. Can’t believe they always forget something on my salad, this is the third time, first time they forgot to add chicken, second time they forgot to add avocado, and today they forgot the chicken again 🤦🏽‍♂️

I found this place after getting tired of other fast food options. The thought of eating another burger, taco, or burrito on my way to work makes me sick. Salad and Go makes good salads with fresh ingredients at reasonable prices. Aside from a missing topping or fork here and there, I have never had an issue with their salads.

Their wraps are another story entirely. They are priced the same as their salads, so you would expect an equivalent amount of ingredients, and most of the time I do receive a wrap large enough to fill me up. On too many occasions, however, they hand me a wrap that is smaller than normal. Tonight (12/27/25), I ordered two wraps through their app, a Southwest Harvest and a Roasted Autumn, and both were about half their normal size. They were so tightly wrapped that when I bit into them, most of the inside was tortilla, with very few other ingredients. If I had unwrapped the tortilla and dumped the contents into one of their salad bowls, it would barely cover the bottom. Unfortunately, I could not hang around and request that they remake the wraps or I would have been late to work.

The service, in my own experience, is neither good nor bad. The Gen Zer at the drive-thru window is different on each visit, and is more indifferent than rude or friendly. This location must experience a high turnover rate.

To end on a positive note, their teas are excellent, better than the Gold Puke tea at other fast food places, and bargain-priced as well.

My autumn salad didn't have candied pecans, shaved parmesan, or dried cranberries. 😑 Very disappointing. It's one of my favorite places to buy lunch, but definitely not at this location.

They make a pretty decent salad at a reasonable price. Not the best I’ve ever had but not bad. The service tends to be a little slow, but because they are usually busy. There is no atmosphere, because it’s drive-through only.

It’s been awhile since I have come to this location because prices have gone up and portion sizes have come down. Went here for an emergency little breakfast and the size of my burrito is half of what they used to be. This just confirms that I won’t be coming here anymore.
