Always incredibly slow but today was awful..We showed up 15 minutes prior to close and wanted to order — the young man at the window asked us to wait and just stood in front of the window until 9pm, (closing time) and then opened the window and told us that they were closed. He said his manager is telling him no more orders and his manager went and told everyone in line to leave. We were standing at the walk up window for 15+ minutes.

EDIT: 2 weeks or more have passed and I still have not heard back from the company after submitting an online complaint. I also have attempted to call this location to speak with a manager; no one picks up…I placed an order through DoorDash since I had a Salad & Go location next to me. For some reason the app sent my order somewhere it would take me 2 hours to walk - the location on N 44th. I immediately called this location to let them know what was happening and not to make my food. I was in touch with DoorDash on my app, and they were going to cancel the order and refund me if my food wasn’t prepared. When they called, the employees at this location had made my order, causing me to waste money as DoorDash refused to cancel the order since the food was prepared (after I asked them not to). I called this location back to ask why this was done, and was not given much of a reason. I was placed on hold so she could reach out to her manager. I was “on hold” - they just put the phone down - for 5 or more minutes. I heard the two girls in the restaurant talk about me in a negative way. Neither seemed to care or work with me on a solution. I eventually had to hang up since they started blaring loud Ariana Grande music and had seemed to ignore me at this point. After calling back again, I was told to fill out a form online to speak with guest services. They did offer a gift card to replace my funds - only if I could come pick it up in person, which was a laughable solution. I’d pick up my food if I had the transportation to get there. I’m walking, not driving, and I wouldn’t even make it there in time to pick up the order or the gift card. Salad & Go should have access to cancel orders in case something like this happens - but also to find an appropriate solution. I even asked if they could contact the location next to me, to see if they were willing to do something. Or they could issue a gift card and let the place near me use it. Of course it can’t be easy…

The cucumber mint lemonade tasted so weird today. Kind of soapy and chemically. Other than that I’ve been here a handful of times. Workers are efficient! What sucks about this salad and go is the location. It takes forever to get out of the plaza.

Shocked to find out the lemonade has 64 grams of sugar! That's equivalent to 16 teaspoons of sugar!!! That's not okay considering they are promoting healthy affordable meals. Salad and go should take action to reduce the amount of sugar in their drinks. Diabetes is a huge problem in our society due to the amount of sugar in drinks :(

Being a vegetarian I always get ripped off at the fact when I order a breakfast burrito with no bacon all I get is a few eggs and nothing but tortilla. This morning I ordered a bundle ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon. The lady asked me if I wanted avocado I told her yes and they ended up charging me extra for the avocado. This is really bad. Did they minus the charge for the bacon absolutely not.! Since they opened this location, it was real good in the beginning and now I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Very poor quality now!

For what this is, a quick pick up spot, it's great! Prices are fantastic, the wraps are fresh and tasty. I'm very happy that a co-worker told me about this place or I would have continued to drive by it and missing out. The Cobb wrap without tomato is my favorite.

Is it just me or are these burritos indeed getting smaller with less meat? Ive come to salad and go for years, however now that the portions are smaller when it comes to the burritos I don't think ill be visiting them as much or at all. Overall the food is good for a salad place in regards to their pricing.

Dont usually expect much from here anyway but they did not meet any expectations at all. The service was rude and unhelpful, they forgot my soup and when i told them just walked away and came back and handed me the soup.. said nothing. Then the salad they gave me is super spicy even tho nothing on the menu said its spicy and the last time i got the same salad it wasnt spicy. And then didnt add any chicken to the salad. It shouldnt be that hard to do the few simple things it takes to serve a salad here.. and they never gave me a receipt or spoon for soup

Excellent in every category! Thank you! Service was friendly, food is priced just right, basil tea is wonderful. Jordan at the window was very professional, nice, and genuine. Drive through is clean, and young lady that took payment smiled and thanked me with a real smile. Salads ate always tasty. Thank you!!!!

I asked for a cold brew with oat milk and the drink comes out the window WHITE. I asked them for less oatmilk, got the window slammed on me, then I get an OFF-WHITE coffee. If I wanted to drink milk, I wouldn't have asked for coffee.

Food is good but it would be nice if they opened early for breakfast on weekdays. Stopped by this location this morning at 6:45 am and they were closed even though they advertise open at 6:30. Really disappointed. Really 6 am would be perfect for those early work commuters.

This is the most efficient salad n go I have been to. I stop here often in the morning for a quick breakfast burrito.

Have come to this location now twice. Only downside to the location is trying to leave the parking lot. Anyhow, last two times I've built my own salad. Be mindful if you do that cause after a certain number of toppings you be charged for each additional one. Ingredients are usually fresh, though the last two times the tomatoes have been mushy. So, i'll refrain from getting those in the future.
