I have debated leaving a review many times in the past, but finally feel it’s necessary. My family loves Salad and Go, but this particular location is so inconsistent with their service & food. We’ve had numerous incorrect orders, missing items, as well as an occasional staff member who was/is just not very nice. It’s just a waste of time to go back & reorder once you’re already back at home or work, so we chalk it up as a loss & hope next time will be better, but that’s not been our personal experience. We’ve had more negative experiences than positive. We want to continue to support our local S&G, but really hope things get better as a whole. Thank you!

Your ahwatukee branch are so rude and disrespectful. Tonight, she yelled at me , I said can be more rude and she wanted to fight me face to face over the window, while I was at the speaker. I will never shop with that branch, this is third time is happening.it happened to my employees two e when I send them to buy lunch for our office. Zero customer service, so disappointing.

Disappointing lately! We love Salad & Go but this location has been really disappointing lately. The carrots the last few visits have been slimy, not wet, slimy! Our salads a few nights were so wet the croutons were all soggy and there was water sitting in the bottum of the bowl. The caprese salad (my favorite) the other night was half it's normal size and only had 4 little mozz balls, definitely not the normal amount. Hope they are able to work out their quality issues!

This location is supposed to serve their lunch/dinner menu until 9pm. I arrived at the drive through at 8:40 pm and only ordered a protein box with chicken, pico de gallo, and a boiled egg. Rather than prepare for me the appropriate portions that I paid for and have come to expect as a regular Salad and Go customer— I received a third of the average chicken portion, barely two spoonfuls of pico de gallo, and pico de gallo in my egg compartment. 8:40 PM or 1:30 PM, I should be able to expect the same quality food and service.

terrible! ordered just egg and cheese burritos, they took an unheated burrito, threw a little chewy egg, and hardly any cheese in it and served it up and their salads are always missing ingredients. save your money don't go, no work integrity and food not good, and mgr did'nt even offer an apology!

Typically I really enjoy salad n go but this location has failed time and time again. The burritos here are always cold. The most recent experience of them not having any eggs or tortillas at 8 am on a Sunday is shocking to me.

This is my go to for lunch or a light dinner if I am too tired to cook. I love the Autumn Harvest with chicken all year round! Greens are so fresh that the sales will keep in the fridge for a few days (without dressing). LOVE this place!!

I go to different locations at least 2 times a week either on McClintock or Priest in Tempe. The prices are great however they have gone up like every where. I love the Autumn & Caesar salads. Wish they had more of an option for soups though or maybe add Ahi as a option.
