Something is definitely going on if there is never anyone in the drive thru when I go by and when I went and got food I got horribly sick before even finishing the food. The employees Obviously they don’t seem to care if they get people deathly ill from their food!

Every time we order online, we order extra protein for our salad. We never get the extra protein and we pay for it. Unfortunately we don’t know this until we get home. We shouldn’t have to be checking if the order is right. That is their job to get the order right in the first place.

I always get a Cobb salad which I really enjoy, but recently you guys change the chicken to this shredded chicken and it has this rank taste I'm not really liking it I think from now on I'll just get the salad with no chicken, 😔🐔

Edit: I went back today (3 days later) and the girl serving the drive thru apologized and said they take allergies very seriously. She turned a bad experience into a good one, and explained that they were likely unable to answer when I called. I would still love to hear from corporate, but I have changed the 1/5 star review because of this wonderful employee you had their today.
I ordered 2 Caesar salads with buffalo chicken and 2 frozen strawberry lemonades. I instead got 2 buffalo salads with blue cheese. The best part was noticing after having an allergic reaction to the banana peppers. I have gotten the wrong order SO many times here, but usually it's just regular chicken instead of buffalo. I tried to call but there was no way to get an actual person on the phone. One urgent care visit and $21 worth of unedible lunch later, not a happy client.

Despite my salad being tasty, it was not so tasty to bite on a chunk of wood. Few bites in and I chomp on a literal chunk of splintery wood??? So disappointing & lost my appetite (and hurt!) …. I tried calling the store, because i live about 40 minutes away, but no answer! I’m trying to figure out the best course of action. I’m usually not one to complain but this could’ve ended worse. Location: Ray Rd in Ahwatukee.

**EditThey are literally giving u half a salad. I added my dressing and shook up the salad. Like where is the rest of it. They are robbing customers of lettuce. Line why be stingy with lettuce? Insane. - 7/29/25- Every time I come here they give the skimpiest salads. I go to salad and go around the valley weekly and this location is so stingy with lettuce. Smh. Lol.
