Tried to order the steak fajita wrap and the steak is cold. I’ve eaten at other locations and they warm up the steak. I asked if they could warm it up and they said they can’t and don’t have the equipment . Aren’t all locations supposed to have that option?

They have really fast service and I’m always satisfied with my food, the cashier in the window I believe his name was Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I had everything and provided excellent service 10/10 would recommend.

Rather than wait for me to make a simple, quick decision, the employee at the window kept bouncing from task to task leaving me to roast. On top of that, she was touching her face, touching credit cards and physical cash and then handling food items. Sucks 'cause it's such a great place otherwise.

I am vegan they served me bacon and became irate because I asked for refund which wasn't provided. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MEAL SHE SAID NEVER COME BACK HENCE I WON'T EVER VISIT ANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME PER HER REQUEST.
They never have the frozen strawberry drink when I go. What’s the point of having an item on the menu if it’s never available. This isn’t the only salad and go guilty of this.

c: I always come here and the workers are always nice and I’ve never had an issue. I recommend the cucumber mint lemonade!!! They also have great deals if you’re making a mobile order. The only thing I will say is the drive thru for pick ups is annoying. I have a smaller car but I still struggle getting close enough to the window ? and I’ve seen other people struggle too.

What is the point of ordering a head when I still have to wait for my salad. It's salad u guys don't have to make anything. This is the worst location every other salad and go there never is a line and u never have to wait like u do at this one.
Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the dressing packet was opened and used. When I came back to the store received attitude and then they told me they were out of dressing!

AWFUL modeling on the drive thru pickup lane! what even is that?! whoever designed this was drunk or just stupid. glad i’m not the only one struggling to get to the window. i’ve read other reviews expressing the same issue. PLEASE REMODEL! it’s an inconvenience for us S&G lovers who live in the area!!

the burritos were good and service was good, but it’s extremely difficult to get through the mobil order window if you have an suv or truck. terrible modeling. every time i go i have to back up, and squeeze my way to the window. not only happening to me, but to the other vehicles ahead of me. makes me nervous and not want to go to this location anymore :(
