Ordered a cobb wrap with hummus and chips/ orange reviver drink. Please check your order before driving away . They did not put the chips to order with. Called to speak with someone she says (Team lead) asked for her name. Voiced she was not comfortable? What kind of customer service. Definitely will think twice before coming back to this location.

Order made wrong which isnt normally a big deal. But the attitude and poor service for fixing the problem compelled me to voice my experience. I do not recommend place. After requesting a refund. Similarly to my meal,they didnt double check the receipt giving me a lesser amount than the full refund. Then had to ask for the rest.

Out of the 10 times I’ve been there, 8 times they’ve forgotten to put my dressing into my bag. Extremely frustrating especially when you get back to work and see no dressing. Highly recommend not coming to this location if you enjoy dressing on salad

I had to walk up and order through the window as my work truck could not fit through their drive thru lanes. I asked for the southwest harvest wrap, I was told no that it’s only available online. Funny thing, I ordered that wrap the prior day through the window with no issue. He asked “his boss” Ruby, was told again no. Said I could order something else, so I did, another wrap and was given the salad. Not only did I feel like I was inconveniencing them, now they didn’t even bother to serve what I actually ordered.
I will never come here again. Their are much better locations than this one and I hope others speak up.

Today 11/24/2025 at 7:20pm the kid attended the drive thru he was drinking he's lemonade, took two sips from the glass, lifted the lid, and poured the drink into the dispenser. That's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in this place. When I got home, I threw away my salad because I lost my appetite. Check the security cameras; I've marked the day and time. How disgusting! I can't imagine what they do on the kitchen

My boyfriend and I love salad go breakfast burritos cause they are low in cost and still taste great. But every time we’ve come to this location, it’s like the workers there hate their job and take it out on their customers. They are rude and rush you when ordering and apparently just throw the food out the window into your car with no thank you or anything. The most recent trip we had was the worst. When we were ordering we were rushed and kept being asked “anything else” when we were looking at the menu. Not a huge deal the first time but constantly when you know we’re not done ordering feels rushed. Then we paid and waited for the food to come the window opened the girl just basically threw it at my boyfriend without a word and then slammed the window shut. Food is delicious. Customer service is trash. Which sucks cause this is the closest one to our house.

Worst location ever - 75th avenue and Lower Buckeye in Phoenix, AZ 85043. First time I went there, I just washed my vehicle and while waiting in the drive-thru to place my order, landscaping workers started blowing all the dust and leaves from the trimmed bushes all over my car. It was impossible to place order through the speaker because of leave blowers being extremely noisy . Today, I cancelled my order - only 2 cars at front of me and it took them more than 15 minutes to take their orders. After I placed my order, I asked how long it will take and the employee did not understand English well. I had to speak very slowly at the window pick up location for her to understand and she blamed it on her headset equipment. I will never go to that location again.
