Worst location ever - 75th avenue and Lower Buckeye in Phoenix, AZ 85043. First time I went there, I just washed my vehicle and while waiting in the drive-thru to place my order, landscaping workers started blowing all the dust and leaves from the trimmed bushes all over my car. It was impossible to place order through the speaker because of leave blowers being extremely noisy . Today, I cancelled my order - only 2 cars at front of me and it took them more than 15 minutes to take their orders. After I placed my order, I asked how long it will take and the employee did not understand English well. I had to speak very slowly at the window pick up location for her to understand and she blamed it on her headset equipment. I will never go to that location again.

Extremely unprofessional and condescending staff (specially the older bigger lady with manner issues and poor education on the drive thru). The salads were meh. I'm still trying to wrap my head around on how they messed up such a simple order! And if that wasnt enough, she didnt charge the right amoung and yelled at me to stop my car once I had the order. This was definitly a sign to NEVER go there again and let others know. Been to other locations where they're super nice and the food quality is awesome...not here. They need better, qualified, and responsible staff. I'll give them a 2/10 and I'm being generous.

They do not have the reviver drink and they do not know when it will be back. It is disappointing that they always add something to their menu and then it becomes a good option and then it’s gone.
Wanted to make an order but who ever was in the drive thru tonight was rude and rushing us to order. I was still looking at the menu but decided to leave instead. I don’t like being rushed and wanted to give this place a try but I guess if your service and rude and rushed, I don’t recommend.

I usually enjoy Salad and Go for the food and convenience, but unfortunately when I went to this location around 7:30 PM on June 10 and had a disappointing experience with customer service. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I was abruptly asked for a name. When the team member couldn’t hear me and I repeated myself, their tone turned rude.
I requested a wrap with no avocado due to an allergy and asked to swap cheese for a different kind. The response I got was an exasperated “ugh, oh my god.” When I asked why I was being treated that way, the team member laughed. I decided not to place my order and pulled up to the window to report the incident. I was told the person taking my order was in the back and possibly named “Rio” or “Ria.”
Regardless of who it was, this of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A little courtesy goes a long way, and rude service like this can easily drive away loyal customers. I’ve never had such an experience, even at places with minimal service. Customizing an order should never be met with disrespect especially when the due to an allergy.
