Went there last night. They got my order totally wrong. Drove 30 min back to the location and the lady told me she didn't want to make me a new salad. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager and if i don't like how she runs things I can find a different salad and go and eat there

I received our order the second I pulled up to the window, which led me to believe that the salads were prepped in advance. I was the only car in the drive-through. The salads were mostly lettuce. We ordered the Roasted Autumn Salad and the Jalapeno Ranch Salad. I ended up adding almonds and dried cranberries to my salad once I got home. The salads were filling, but I felt it would have been better if it was made when ordered.

They gave me my order all wrong. The only thing right was the drink… I order a Mediterranean burrito and on the burrito it’s only lettuce and a very hint of egg. It is so disappointed of my meal. I didn’t realize until I was back in my office at work and couldn’t go back and let them know how bad they are. Will not ever go again to this location.

I recieved a refund, but was left outside waiting for the manager for quite sometime. The manager didn't even try to speak to me. She gave me my money back and closed the window super quickly. This location is bad. The person running the drive thru was in such a hurry they kept talking over us while we tried to order. That led to the screwing up the order and leaving the salad dressing out of one of our salads. It was my first time going to a salad and go I hope this isn't how the brand operates

Its awful picking up an online order at this location. First the attendant couldnt find my order. Was told they had no record of it. I show them I ordered at their location on my phone( I arrived 15 mins after ordering). She then finds it. No utensils, no straw. Breakfast Bowl was supposed to have double egg but I get crumbles of barely one. I always seem to run into issues at this location. I'm going to go to the Glendale location from now on.
