Asked and paid for an extra side of dressing and when we noticed we did not receive it, we drove back and the drive thru worker didn’t bother to check the receipt we tried to hand her which showed we paid for it but instead asked to see the bag and then asked to see the box of food. It felt as if we were being accused of lying for simple dressing we already paid for. Then once we got home we noticed the chicken quesadilla we ordered for our daughter was basically empty. This was extremely disappointing and a terrible experience.

Order two wraps. One was correct other was not. One was litterally a completely different one. Mistakes happen its fine. Drove all the way back. While they did replace it the drive through guy was rude and seemed offened i wanted to double check this one was correct. Sorry i did not want to drive back again. Zero customer service at this location.

OMG Im so upset. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. I got two pieces of chicken. I ordered hummus with pita chips. I got hummus with a piece of nasty chewed up steak inside and no chips. No napkins or a fork. Customer Service just gets worse and worse by the minute. Those ladies really need to step it up. Just awful.
Please dont waste time sending a bot response. Seriously go out and talk to your staff.

Horrible service. I ordered breakfast and the girl told to park that it’ll take 3 minutes to be ready, which is okay. However, they had me waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes until I drove back to the drive through to check if my order was ready, the guy at the window takes out my order. It would have been nice to be notified that my order was ready instead of having me parked for 20 minutes.

My mother came through the drive though, the cashier dropped .25¢ and requested another quarter, after loosing the first one. I’ve been a cashier at many different places…when you drop someone’s money YOU DO NOT ASK THEM FOR MORE MONEY, not very professional, she took her money back and went to Taco Bell instead and the cashier there also agreed it was very inappropriate—this is why you guys have 3 stars now!

Good day Salad & Go!

On Sunday, 12/01/25 we placed an order for 3 salads. (Check # 1010151 / Order # 39913861382012930) We ordered two BBQ Ranch Salads and one Cobb Salad. We have been enjoying your food for a few years and we have been eating at 99th Ave and Camelback Rd since it opened.

Today when my son was eating his Cobb Salad with the new pulled chicken, it was filled with overcooked dry chicken strips and hard skin (see the photos I attached). It was inedible. I called the location phone number twice. No answer each time and on the second call I left a message with my name and phone number to please return my call about the salad. No call back.

Here is my concern. Why would an employee see that disgusting chicken and add it to the salad? It is so dried out, did the employee not think we would notice? Our family meal was ruined and we are questioning ever coming back.

We are very disappointed with this poor quality and are very surprised it happened. I would like to hear back from you on this matter. Please take this opportunity to retrain your staff on what should be provided to the customers for quality food.

We picked up some salads at 7pm. It was very dark outside. Lights were off at the exterior of the building. Couldn’t tell if they were open and up and running for business. The menu board was the only thing on. We could barely see the drive through pathway to drive up and order. We were able to order as they were open. We informed the cashier the lights on the exterior of the building were off and her response was “that’s ok”.

I came up to the window to pay and she asks me for the wrong salad and I told her clearly what salad I ordered and what meat I wanted in it and she looks at me mad and acts like she was getting my order and I open the salad and it’s the complete opposite of what I ordered

I went through the drive thru and ordered a cobb wrap no tomato add cranberry. When got home my wrap was falling apart and I noticed there was no chicken or cranberry. I spoke with JD and he told me it was a small mistake and that it happens. Horrible location
