Arrived at location on cactus in paradise valley . Manager was rude and would not give me utensils are cut my burrito in half for me. Saying it policy. Never have I had such rude and no care for the customer service. Will never go here again. I asked for a refund due to issues and will never go here again.

I found an insect inside my burrito after taking a bite and stopped eating immediately. This was very concerning and disappointing.
I received my order and took it home. Once I was home I saw the bag was full of a liquid and the liquid was in one of the food containers. I returned the food and the manager insisted the food was fine. 𤨠I had to insist on a refund.

I love salad and go! I have one piece of constructive criticism. The pieces of avocado are too big. I like lots of avocado, but it should be cut into smaller, bite sized pieces before itâs put in the salad.

Food is fine. Service at this location has gone from great to horrible. So incredibly slow even with hardly any cars in the drive thru and 5 people working.
They ask for a donation for the children, every time I order food from them. Itâs obnoxious. They never specify what foundation, what children, where is the money going and how is it being spent? If this company is all about philanthropy, why donât they donate their own money to these charitable organizations? It gets exhausting⌠Everybody wants more moneyâŚ! Please stick to selling good food at reasonable prices and stop asking us for donation money. Signed, loyal client, hoping to not change food providers.

It is now 7:05am on a Wed. According to Google, store was to have opened at 6:30am. I arrived at 6:35am and I have watched no less than 15 different vehicles attempt to drive thru an order. Problem: drive thru lanes are still blocked and of the 5 phone called I placed, all were picked up and immediately hung up.

Went through the drive through and the guy didnât say one word besides taking my order . Didnât tell me my total or anything just gave me the machine handed me my order n I left . Customer service matters as much as the quality of food

Inventory and quality has tanked while prices have gone high in the last year! Past 3 months they have only had lemonade as the drink option. The sign says temporarily but it seems permanent. Theyâre always out of some ingredient at any point of the day. If you get a wrap itâs barely wrapped where everything falls out, might as well gotten a salad. There several other places next to them, go to any of those instead.

Service was great and the staff is friendly, but the quality has gone downhill over the past couple years. Lately, the attention to quality is lacking. I had asked the person at the window to make sure they had the sauce on the side for the wrap and he confirmed it was there. I got home and the packet was missing and even one of the salads was missing the suace packet. Also, both of our Cobb salads were missing eggs. Things like this have been happening the past couple times we have been to this location and we are reconsidering if we want to continue going here.
