Great service. Took my order professionally and answered all my questions about the menu. Unfortunately on the Thai Salad and the Seasonal Salad, there were less than 6 pieces of chicken in each bowl. Why cheat the customers? Shame because the taste is great and a good way to get my ‘salad’ fix.

We have been going to Salad and Go for years, but this spot specifically is one of the worst establishments and has been SLACKING lately. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Missing items from orders, ingredients in food that shouldn't be there, ingredients missing from food, cold brew that's mostly milk, mushy veggies in the salads, service with an attitude, and the online order pick up line should just be labeled the regular drive thru with how long you have to wait. The items on the menu aren't that hard and the other locations never make mistakes like this. Get. It. Together.

Slowest service ever! Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order. Couldn't back out because people were behind us. Waited 10 minutes at the window for just 2 salads. While waiting, we watched 3 employees just standing around laughing and talking. Have been to Salad and Go many times but at other locations. Will not be returning to this one.

I’ve been going to salad and go for years and love it. I went to this location today, the salad was delicious but I didn’t have a lot of lettuce in it, it was literally halfway full. I was a little disappointed. The customer service was mediocre. I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to come here again.

1st time going to salad to go and I started with two breakfast burritos that came with red and green salsa the young man working in the window was extremely helpful and friendly. They got my order correct and had fast service. Their prices are very affordable eight dollars for two burritos. I’m looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

Parking: i’m new to salad to go but what I’ve seen is that you’ll have the drive-through window order online pick up window and maybe another window but you’ll have to pull around with your vehicle to order. I believe there are parking spaces on the street that are available so maybe you can walk up in order at the other window like I said I’m not too familiar but I highly recommend it.

Just went here to get a Cobb salad and I specifically asked for pepper jack instead of blue cheese and they just didn't put cheese on at all. Then I went to go grab my fork and napkin and there was nothing in the bag.

To put it as kindly as possible I've been absolutely destroyed 3 out of the 5 times I went here. There has got to be something wrong with their lettuce or tomatoes or something. I have ordered the Thai salad and had no problems. I had the Cesar twice and the Cobb twice. Both Cesar and Cobb were the 3 bad experiences. I cannot risk going here again. I have eaten large salads of the exact type elsewhere with ZERO problems.

Maybe they are leaving the dressing pack at too low a temperature ?️ or something...

Either way I personally won't ever be going back to this location and may try a different one some day in the future. I love their food it just has a slight weird smell or taste like it's unwashed or not rinsed properly. Maybe that's it, not rinsing the veggie wash off or the pesticides. Something is definitely not right.
