I won't be coming back I went to salad to go at two other locations and it was delicious the avocado was sliced nice as well but here this salad was just nasty not enough meat or bacon or slices of avocado it was gross I was mad Ive been waiting for that nice salad for so long and it was gross how ever the ladies where nice but the salad sucked

Never had a bed experience here. Order is always right. A young man named Devonte, and an older woman work in the morning, not sure if they work together most days or not but they are great energetic people perfect for morning shift. I hope management treats them good!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews. I've worked in the service industry and understand the challenges that come with the job. However after two years of this location getting it wrong, I just have to leave this. I live in between two Salad and Go's, I get the same thing weekly. I never have a problem with the location on Dunlap but this location gets my order wrong 70% of the time. The only modification is no bacon. Why is that so challenging? It's always written on the order, the people making the food just miss it. But 70% of the time is beyond frustrating. Please just read the order guys.

This location is awful. They gave me lettuce and BBQ ranch sauce and avocado, nothing else. I didn't even order a BBQ ranch salad.
I also put in a request to contact me via their website as their response suggested and they NEVER got back to me despite having my email and phone number. I may just have to boycott all of salad and go until I receive a response.

I ordered a cobb salad with no tomatos and extra chicken with a green enchiladas chilli on the side! The cobb usually comes with mixed greens, tomatos, avocado, blue cheese, bacon, chicken and egg. Instead i received a salad with only blue cheese, chicken, and a avacado with no double chicken! What a let down for paying extra for double chicken. On top of that, my soup came with 2 pieces of chicken and the rest broth! I arrived after the estimated pick up time and still had to wait 7 minutes for this? After i opened the salad at home and realized what i had gotten i attempted to call them 3 times and no one answered!
