This was my first time ordering food from Salad and Go. Nice big salad- little heavy on the lettuce. Uncomplicated menu. I liked the meat options and was glad I chose beef. Employees were patient with me and answered my questions. But I hated the concept of drive up only! I was looking for a place to sit down and eat lunch and was in the mood for a salad. Hated having to sit in my car to eat a salad with dressing (messy) especially at 100° outside.

I ordered in the mobile app. I'm pretty sure they didn't give me the right order but there was no way for me to go in to the app and make a comment about it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got back to work. The food is usually good and the customer service is usually good too

Ordered two of the Autumn Salads. Neither came with sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts or grated Parmesan. Just nuts and dried cranberries. Been coming to this location since it opened. Never any issues until today. I ordered the salads because I got them last year and were so good. Was really looking forward to the sweet potatoes. Totally disappointed today.

Food is meh. Used to be better but idk what happened. My Greek salad leaves had soooo many stems and pieces of the core. Many pieces weren’t even cut lol. The southwest breakfast bowl was foul. The turkey sausage tasted old. No pepper jack cheese. Honestly- just not good. The salsa was delish.

I asked for no blue cheese and there was blue cheese in my salad when I got home. I drove back and went to the window to get the correct salad. I explained the situation and asked for a lemonade while I waited. I had to remind her about the lemonade when she came to help someone else. While I waited someone else had come up and had something missing from their salad. When I got home there was not extra chicken on the remade salad which I did pay for and was on the receipt that I handed the girl at the window. The kitchen staff needs retraining or something.
Corporate Support reached out and sent a gift card to replace the salad and a little more. That was dope therefore I updated my review on service. They did not ask me to do so.
