I go to this Salad and Go to get two Cobb salads often. Last week I went to the window and they gave me two salads that weren’t even halfway full. It was halfway to the middle of the orange container. It was half of a salad, and I received a smirk. I’ve gone back twice to the window, and after waiting for over 5-10m without an acknowledgment, I left, including just now. Two staff members looked right at me and failed to acknowledge me. They were getting drinks and stared at me, and then ignored me. After religiously buying my salads here, I will no longer, as the customer service is HORRIBLE.

I ordered 2 Ceasar wraps and was handed 2 salads at the window. All I said was “oh I’m so sorry they are supposed to be wraps” and the woman at the window seriously rolled her eyes and clenched her fist. Like I can see you? Also I know I said “Caesar wrap”, maybe lose the attitude with people? Also, she didn’t read back my order so I don’t know what the problem was.

My wife Got a salad from this location and it looked disgusting, and definitely not fresh. The dressing also was not the usual consistency. Couldn’t even finish the salad because it made her so nauseous and that led to her having food poisoning.

So I'd give this place a 3/5. I got the Caesar Salad Wrap which was great, when I got to the bottom of the wrap. The contents in the wrap were not spread evenly throughout. I received so much croutons and so little protein. The dressing was not tasted until I got to the 1/4 part of the wrap. Other than that, it was very tasty. The staff was very nice and accommodating to a few requests. I will definitely comeback and try more wraps.
I like Salad and Go, I eat it a lot. This location is trash. I used to live near the one on 7th St and it was great. Since I moved near this location they have messed up my order countless times. Usually it’s the dressing they forget but they often forget ingredients as well. I type this as I eat a Cobb salad that they forgot both the avocado and bacon on. Whoever is managing this place please figure it out.

This is only a drive through.All salads to go are drive through that I'm aware of.Salad and breakfast sandwiches are very good.I usually order the Caesar salad with chicken. Or I'll get the classic breakfast wrap (egg bacon and cheese) . Please note that if you get the one with potatoes it has a little spice to it. Not bad but there's some spice.
