I came here with my family. They advertise they close at 9 pm. We got there before it closed. The employees chose to close early and turn off the light. They ignored are hellos. They apparently think its okay to cut out early. False advertising at it finest.

I stopped bothering with Salad and go after my last bad experience. I work near this location and once upon a time, would grab a salad from them several times a week. I loved their $5 salads that had great portions and always had quality and fresh ingredients, at an incredibly reasonable cost. Although it seems ever since covid, the quality and service has just gone downhill. And the price has hiked! It's now almost $10 for a salad AS IS. You're probably looking at $15-$20 if you add any extra ingredients! And the protein portion is a JOKE. I get maybe 3-4 pieces of protein. I find myself constantly picking out wilted greens and questionable veggies. I even found a piece of freaking cardboard in my salad once, brought it to their attention, and they didn't seem to care. That did it for me. The staff all just seem like they don't want to serve anyone. I'm sorry, are you not at your job? Where you're required to work? I am DONE giving them my business.

i ordered a Caesar wrap w an extra dressing on the side, pita chips & hummus, & an extra bag of pita chips. however i RECEIVED a chicken wrap with absolutely no caesar dressing on it AT ALL, missing my side of dressing that i paid EXTRA for, AND missing my extra bag of pita chips!! like seriously?? how hard is it to make salads & wraps of those SAME salads??? it’s can’t be rocket science, it just shows they obviously aren’t even trying, it wasn’t busy either so that can’t be an excuse. rude workers & just PURE laziness.
The day we went to get salad there where no one in line so it was fast in and out which was nice usually they have a line going. The food was awesome and pricing wasn't to bad.

My first time in salad to go was awesome. I ordered a breakfast burrito off of a menu of 5 or 6 different burritos, got to the window to pay and the total was under $5. Anywhere else the total would have been under $15. To make it even better the burrito was delicious.
