Not the best salad I've had but would return. I was shocked by how cheap my salad was, most places would charge double.

Consistently the slowest Salad and Go I've ever been to.

Arrived at 8:50pm due to earlier difficulties in the evening and mentioned I would like to order the fuel up deal. The response was “you want to order 5 salads when we are about to close?”. After a pause, shocked, I said, “excuse me?” The young male attendant again said “you want to order 5 salads when we are about to close?” I asked for the manager on duty and he said he was the manager. I asked for his boss’ name and he would not comply. He said his name was Joshua Mulvin. I said the store is not close to closing time at 8:50 and he agreed and said he should not have taken the job if he expected not to work until 9pm. He gave a non-apology and said he could still make the salads. I explained I did not want spit in my salads. Throughout the interaction his attitude was poor, entitled, and unapologetic. Never have I had an interaction such as this at your stores, especially this store which is my home branch.

Salad and Go is free to close at 8:30pm instead of 9pm. You are also free to permanently close this branch. Maybe some employees at this branch depend on their jobs more than this person?

Due to personal reasons, I need a healthy and affordable solution for lunches and I keep those salads (one for each day) Monday- Friday to have at work. I have to purchase them in the evening to keep them as fresh as possible. This is my version of meal prep because my time is so scare. I went home without my salads and will have to come up with a different solution this week.

I was told two different prices, my Arnold Palmer didn’t have any lemonade in it, and the lid wasn’t on my salad all the way so it fell off:( sticking with the other location.

I went to this location tonight and had an unpleasant experience. This is a first time for me, as I've never had issues of any kind at any other Salad and Go Location, and I've regularly gone to 2 other ones. Don't know his name, but the young guy who was working there today made the entire experience unpleasant. He was short, rushed me when I ordered, and treated my questions as though they were stupid. I felt mocked. I ordered 3 items, and before I was done with each selection, he would say "anything else" in the most annoyed voice. I asked him about salad dressing options, as I know that I can choose a different dressing, not just the one that usually comes with the salad. You would have thought I told him that I saw aliens hovering over us. His response was a "What do you mean" in a mocking tone? I asked about the dressing options, as I couldn't remember all of them. He literally spouted out 9 different dressings within like 5 seconds. I couldn't understand what he was saying and asked if there was a reduced fat option. His response was "No". That completed my order, and I felt so annoyed and frustrated, I almost felt ready to just leave. He was just as annoyed at the window. Grabbed my card without a word, quickly gave it back, and practically shoved the food in front of me. It was beyond uncomfortable. Salad and Go: please follow up on this, as this situation has turned me off from ever coming to this location again.
