I love Salad and Go but have been trying to be healthier recently and choose bowls instead of wraps. Do NOT order a breakfast bowl from any Salad and Go unless you don't mind cold food. They serve it ice cold except for the eggs because they have no microwave? Not a good experience for a breakfast bowl. Most people don't want cold food.
I always get the bbq chicken wrap and these guys always deliver. They’re very nice, are good about getting the sauce through the whole wrap, and folding it neatly so it doesn’t spill everywhere. Salad and go is my go to when I want a semi-healthy and affordable stop for food.
