I was just at this particular salad and go, I ordered my food, right after they took my order the system shut down. I totally get that technology can be fickle sometimes but it would have been a good gesture for those that ordered and have been waiting in line for 10+ mins to receive something. Or was given the opportunity to cash pay. The cashier at the window said "the system crashed, I took your order but it's not coming on. I don't know when it will come back on sorry." He then told me to have a good day. I wasn't expecting my salad for free but I wasn't given alternative payment options or offered a free lemonade or something for the inconvenience. Looks like McDonald's it is 😒

I had here THE WORST Food Store EMPLOYEE that I remember, He was in the headset taking orders Friday Oct 11 6:30 pm 2024 -First I walk to the window, He angry told me only taking order at drive tru, in a horrible way, The blond guy in the headset he was playing with the other guy, a black guy inside. I went to my car and drove No cars where in front of me and after waiting few minutes he finally asked me to take my order, just because line of cars where already behind me, He made fun of me for the fact of making my self drive on my car. Probably he was in drugs, acting weird he almost trow me the salad -Salad, it was upside down all shaked, I can tell was in purpose ,I felt so bad ,humiliated. Can not belive it. I wish I had my money back but I was afraid to request that , I wanted just get out of there .

Only location I've been to with low quality food and customer service. The state my order was disgusting and inedible. Waste of money.
Update: All locations are terrible, spending money here is a gamble.

This is one of the best Salad and Go locations in the valley, always quick and friendly, and they're super consistent.
Vegetarian options: They will sub proteins for tofu, and are very mindful about asking if cheese/dairy products are still okay when you do.(Vegan Friendly)
Ordered in the drive thru line, got back to the office noticed they didn't give me a dressing, okay fine I'll find some. Then opened the salad to find a gray hair in my salad. No need to go back for another one, won't go back. Only get one chance when it comes to food.
