They don’t get orders correct here. Used to be great but they constantly miss things. This time they didn’t give me any salad dressing, idk what the hiring process or training process is like but clearly it’s gone down hill as this company has expanded.

This location is horrible at getting orders correct. I love salad & go but hate that this is my nearest location. I’m at about a 40% rate of getting my order wrong at this point. It’s bad enough when they just miss something, like salad dressing. However, they are going to end up seriously making someone unwell with their carelessness it putting cheese or other ingredients that are requested be left off.

Salad and go has always had fresh salads. I have been a customer since opening day. Good breakfast, there drinks are good, but sometimes can be a bit too sweet. PS if you but more salad for the week, eat it within 3 days.

This marks the 3rd time they’ve forgotten an ingredient. I’ve been going to salad and go for years and have never had much of an issue? I understand this particular location is busy. But still. My mistake for not double checking I guess. Sometimes it’s hard to do when you’re in a hurry. I’ll still continue to come here because it’s close by and I love the prices. Thank you.
